Bay Tree Guest House — Hotel in Eastbourne

Having stayed here previously and aware there had been a change of ownership from trip advisor, we hoped that it would be as good as previously reviewed.|Very glad to say , it was.|We were in room 3 on the first floor, which has a double and single bed, reclining sofa , good sized TV and well decorated and maintained ( as is the rest of the building)|Nice little touches like bottled water and usb sockets by the bed lift this place above a standard b&b|Warm welcome from the owner and chat at breakfast , breakfast being continental with good quality ingredients and plenty of choice.|A free parking voucher is included for street parking, which is great as it allows you to walk into town, the seafront or to the pier, all of which are a few minutes walk.|Will visit again when in the area, and recommend to others.|A new owner and a new great future for...

Newly taken over by Karen who seems to be putting her heart & soul into the business and was very friendly and easy going.||We had a lovely big room on the second floor which had tea & coffee making facilities and biscuits. The shower room had a nice trio of shower gel, shampoo & conditioner.||The bed was comfy and our room was clean, bright & nicely decorated. Complimentary bottled water was also in the room.||||The location is perfect, being very central & near the pier, just half a block back from the sea front. ||||Parking isn't an issue as you get given a permit to stay overnight in any of the street parking bays nearby.||||Not a full English, but a good continental breakfast is included - cereals, yogurt, fruit, avos & smoked salmon, ham & cheese, croissants, toast & jams, tea & coffee, and she will always cook you a poached egg on toast...

Hubby booked this mini break as part of a Christmas present and didn't he get it right! |Arrived around 4pm to a very warm welcome, shown to our room which was a double room. Room itself was decorated to a high standard, nice touches with a tea tray, bottled water, USB sockets, large TV and most importantly a nice comfy bed. Toiletries in the bathroom where also of good quality.||The breakfast the next morning was really good, continental style with fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, toast, meats and cheese. ||We left refreshed and full up. ||If you are looking for a friendly service, comfy nights rest and excellent value for money then look no further than Bay...
