Absolutely lively lady in there. We went in on first day of airborne as my little hadn't been in before. The museum bit isn't very big but is very interesting and they have little stands for photos but what really makes it special is the wonderfull lady working who still found the time to talk to my little about life boats and the displays and even gave my little lots of colouring pictures and a flag, she even cheered my baby up with a flag. Thank you to that lovely lady we really enjoyed visiting...

There is a wealth of information about Eastbourne's Lifeboat history to read on the panels, large text paired with pictures and photographs to help illustrate the info. There is a very interesting set of articles on the walls at the back of the shop and would be ideal for little ones as they wouldn't have time to get bored.
