We booked Turtle Bay for food and drinks as part of a date night and were served by Luke and Jerin, who are honestly a credit to the restaurant - friendly and attentive, without being intrusive and happy to give drink recommendations We had the black cherry rum which was one of the nicest rums I have has - highly recommend! The food was all 10/10. I had salt fish fritters to start, which were crispy and spicy and honestly my favourite part of the whole meal - I could have eaten another plate! I also had the jerk chicken breast with coconut rice, which I very much enjoyed. My boyfriend said his chicken wings were some of the best wings he has had and, while he isn’t sure he liked the goat curry, this is down to personal preference (the first time he had tried goat and he wasn’t overly keen on the meat) but the sauce, rice and fries were a winner! Over all a lush meal out, with fab service - we will be back soon. Thank you!

Great atmosphere if stopping for drinks only in the evening, but very loud when sitting for a meal. Perhaps the bar and dining hall need to be separated. Cocktails were tasty, but some were very strong (alcohol). Food was alright. I have crispy chilli squid for starter, jerk chicken with spiced fries for main, and cheese cake for pudding. Squid was so good, very crispy with a little chilli heat. Chicken and fries, they were cooked great, and before the heat, had a great flavour. But they had so much spiciness to them! My mouth was on fire, I couldn't finish my meal because of how hot it was. I had to take a guess when ordering how spicy things were as there are no indication on the menu (at least not the christmas party menu), and thinking as I had jerk spice at home I would be ok, but no I was not ok. Thankfully, they beautiful cheesecake cooled my mouth at the end. I would come again, for drinks definitely. But food, I would only come back if I could guarantee I could order my main meal as mildly spice.

Update- we came here again Sunday 18th Aug and, as expected, received the same service as all the other visits. Our server was "Sam :)" and another gentleman whose name we did not catch. See you again soon! We love this place. Our favourite because of the food quality and the service. Particularly in this visit our table service was provided by AB & Cat. We had the bottomless brunch and we love it here for the bottomless brunch* purely because our drinks never go empty and the prompt service of the staff. Not to forget the chefs prepping the beautiful food too. See you soon!

The food was delicious and very well portioned, although the drinks were expensive even for a soda but not much of an issue. Our server Sami was amazing, very polite and kind. The only thing I was disappointed with was that despite all the space, we were placed right next to a group of girls drinking. It made me and my partner very uncomfortable as they were loud and disruptive, but we didn’t want to cause a scene being asked to move. I’m sure customers in future would appreciate being placed in a quiet area away from those drinking. Apart from that, everything was lovely.

I have visited here once before i recently visited again on monday and both times my partner and i have received amazing customer service. The staff are always so lovely and make sure you get your food and drinks quickly at bottomless brunch, unlike other places that takes ages to get you your drinks in the 2 hour slot. The food and drinks were the best i have had in a long time and everything was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this bottomless brunch and the restaurant in general for food , you won’t regret it!!😊❤️

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly, specially Bart who went above and beyond for help us choosing the best drink following our expectations and for the amazing service and smile he give to us throughout our visit to the restaurant. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is just amazing, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
