Frosty towers? More like faulty towers. The woman who runs this is an awful person to deal with. I asked her name, she said it’s frosty towers… So I guess this is for the attention of a Mrs F. Towers and anyone anticipating a stay at this definitely not run-down establishment.||||||If you’re looking for customer service, a friendly face and a warm welcome, I’d recommend a different hotel.||||||If you would, however, like an angry ‘lady’ screaming at you IN FRONT of her customers, I would suggest this place in a heartbeat. If you’d like to avoid conflict, do not turn your car around in her empty car park that consisted of 2 cars in a lot that could park 20-30ish cars (she was super busy!).||||||The car park is down a very narrow alley behind the hotel, and I wasn’t sure where I was going, so turned around and attempted to navigate where I was heading. At no point was I out of my car, parked, or blocking anyone from entering/exiting the lot. My engine was running the entirety of my ‘stay’. Before my interaction with this lovely lady, I was there for around 20 seconds before Mrs Banshee came a knockin’.||||||She scratched my car by banging on it with force, using some form of metal card/key - This was our very first interaction… no such calm mannered conversation was had.||||||I had to get out the car by this point, as I was in shock that this is how someone would actually interact with another - I understand if I had left my car there, but I was simply turning around and trying to find out where I was.||||||She screamed in my face, used foul language, was threatening me, degraded me by asking if I speak English or can read, all of this within a 1 minute window.||||||A lovely girl that lives in a flat directly facing the car park entrance came to ask if I was okay as she could hear Mrs Towers screaming - I told her I was okay and she left back to her flat - She briefly spoke to me after, as I was pretty shaken up, and explained to me she has done this countless times and is known for being a vile person.||||||In my opinion, all that was required was a quick word that it’s private property and could I please leave - I understand her frustration due to the sheer amount of people attempting to park in her overflowing car park, dying to stay in Frosty Towers!||||||I could have been a customer, booked in and looking for the entrance, but she wouldn’t have known as she approached the situation with pure rage.||||||If this is the way she treats people on the daily, no wonder they have have approximately 1 booking per...

Read moreI stayed here for three nights and can’t speak highly enough of this fabulous little hotel.||And Jenia is a lovely kind lady, she goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome as well as working extremely hard to keep this b & b spotlessly clean. ||Everywhere is so pretty and the gorgeous flower boxes front and back really are a sight to behold. || Breakfast is also very good with an excellent choice.||For anyone wanting a quiet relaxing place to stay right on the seafront this one takes a lot of beating. ||We had rooms on the back so no sea view, but you only sleep there and my bed was so comfortable also the room was light and had a nice feel to it, an on suite with a new power shower and constant hot water. ||I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, it really is a lovely little place with such a kind helpful owner who who makes all her guests feel really welcome. ||Well done Jenia it was such a pleasure...
