Premier Inn Crewe Central hotel — Hotel in Great Britain

Me and my wife had acation to stop at premier inn western road crewe. The room was basic on face value. But look a little deeper it hade every thing WE needed. It had WiFi ✓✓ and brewing tackle. ✓✓Brought my own hairdryer already one in room. Lovely television... Shame about the volume very low cos of other people adjacent rooms took me 2 days to adjust to the volume then it was ok. Bed was fantastic ✓✓✓✓ not at all like hospital beds cos was worried about that's. Lots of spare bed's sort of pullout Plus chase lounge. Like bringing the kids. The restaurant was great. My curry tasted like cop- shop curry rest of menu was very nice. Seating was ok people were very nice. But you won't meet any holiday maker's. because it's not holiday makers it's more people passing through obviously they do have holiday hotels but not this one. Room service was ok room very clean the bath was brilliant cos I'm not into showers. Surcurity was good. Would I stop there again? Would I would I ABSERLUTLY WOULD

A big shout out to Rene who greeted us on Saturday 27th September! He was so warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had an early check-in and the room wasn't quite ready but Rene wasn't phased at all. Even though they were short staffed at the time he did absolutely everything for us with a smile and at speed. He even took my cases to the room. He showed me where everything was and that, if I needed anything, I only had to shout! Also, I think its worth mentioning there were a couple of chambermaids on and they were also very friendly and very helpful. This is one of the nicest Premiers in terms of service I've ever stayed at and we always use Premier wherever we can. Thanks so much Rene...

It's not a 5 star hotel but this one is as good as you can expect a Premier Inn. Always clean and what you expect. This one was laid out well so felt like it had more room even though there obviously wasn't. Had some extra shelves compared with other PIs we've stayed in which really helped.

Great location near to M6 and even though it's by a main road there wasn't traffic all the time and we couldn't hear it during the night so it was still quiet.

The staff were lovely and when we arrived they were very chatty and nice. We also had some little gifts for the kids which is something extra from other PIs we have stayed in before. We have family near by and we will definitely book here for future...
