Very disappointed! Prices change faster than the weather here. Today, I have paid ÂŁ5.05 for a large caramel mocha (which I'm sure will be ÂŁ6 in a week or 2) You can buy exactly the same drink from starbucks in Crewe town for nearly ÂŁ2 cheaper, even costa 5 minutes away will save you a chunk on each drink. I wouldn't even mind paying these prices if I received a decent drink and was happy each time but I cannot remember the last time I had a nice tasting coffee from Starbucks drive thru. The quality of drink making skills has dropped dramatically over the last year or 2. (I have the same drink every visit and I can honestly say it's got a different taste every time, and not in a good way!!) I know this because I have been a very regular customer from the stores opening back in 2017. Not only have the quality of drinks declined a considerable amount, the staff here are probably the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. where's the smiles? Wheres the manners? There's actually only 2 or 3 people in this store that take time to be kind. The rest can be extremely rude. I'm rather sad to say that this will be my last time visiting the drive thru because like I said, I have been regular for the past 4 years and I have seen a dramatic change in this store and not for the better.

I'm editing my original review because quite frankly, I've been through hell the last few months, my Dad was taken ill and I had to go to work and asked the staff to watch over my Dad when I had to go to work. I asked for them to just watch over him, call me or the ambulance if something happens. They did exactly that, they watched over him. They didn't have to, they could have refused. They didn't. They didn't even hesitate but to help. They're much much much more than a coffee shop, they actually care about their customers, they actually have their customers in mind. I passed on my feedback to their overall manager of the UK, because quite frankly I wanted to ensure that all of them in that day got the recognition they deserved, and I wanted the person so high in the company to know that they have staff that are guardian angels and all sorts of amazing. Even after that they've checked he was doing okay, and checking that we are doing better now.
