Trevara was a very difficult place to get into the approach down a 2metre road was dreadful. We were warned but we didn't think it would be that bad. Unless you have a very small car don't go. Mine came back damaged. The owners who run this cottage rely I think on the fabulous view to sell it and keep it running...They've become too complacent. Little Trevara has got potential but there's not enough energy put into it to get this cottage up in the top ranks. Cleaning is a lot to be desired in fact neither of us were comfortable all wk. And having to leave as early as nine in morning didn't make it easy to clean up as much as we should have done. We tried... Most cottages it's 10am - 12am now. No we didn't enjoy the week unfortunately my partner fell poorly on first day and believe it or not after driving miles we never even went on a beach. When he finally was feeling betta we set out to St.Ives from Penzance via satnav ended up down a very narrow country lane hitting an inconspicuous rock wrecking both passenger side tyres. Ended up waiting hour and half for RAC and no we didn't get to St.Ives. We are now trying to claim from Cornwall Council. No wouldn't go back to Little Trevara Whst a way to spend...
