🌊🍴 **The Cutty Sark Restaurant and Bar: A Seaside Gem with a Heart!** 🍴🌊 Ahoy, foodies! Just a short stroll from the beach and the majestic St Michael’s Mount, you'll find The Cutty Sark Restaurant and Bar – a charming spot that promises to satisfy both your hunger and your wanderlust. First off, the vibes here are absolutely on point. With a cozy bar and a delightful beer garden out back, plus ample seating in the front, it’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind after a day by the sea. The staff? Simply the best! Friendly and incredibly patient, especially with kids who might be a bit fussy – like mine, who decided the super chunky chips were a no-go. But hey, more for me! The food? Solid. I went for the crab linguine, which was good, though not the best I’ve ever had. But when you’re dining so close to the surf, even an average crab linguine feels like a treat. The kids' small bites menu is a lifesaver for picky eaters, even if the chip-to-mouth ratio was a bit off for our little ones. All this seaside charm comes at a reasonable £20 per person, making it a spot where your wallet can relax too. So, next time you're beachside and in need of a hearty meal and a warm welcome, set sail for The Cutty Sark. You’ll leave with a full belly, happy kids, and a smile as wide as the ocean. 🌊🍻🦀

The main was amazing we had steak both cooked very well. The Let down for us was the special white chocolate strawberry and Disaronno cheesecake. It tasted very much like creamy flour and we could certainly not taste any Disaronno. The service was good when we first arrived but got the whole 1.5 hours we was there the only time we got asked if we wanted a drink was on arrival. Other people around us got asked several times. We even stacked our empty glasses at the edge of the table. To show they was empty. We would have understood if it was super busy but there was several empty tables by this point and the servers were just stood by the bar talking. Our plan was to stay for the whole evening from restaurant then on the the adjacent bar but due to lack of service we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful the experience we had at the Cutty Sark was. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful - such lovely service! The atmosphere is great, it's a really beautiful, clean restaurant - even the toilets were spotless! The menu is extremely clear with dietary/allergy information, and the vegan options felt like they were wanted, rather than being an afterthought - which is sadly all too common in and around the area. The massaman curry was to die for, and the falafel burger was delicious. The lemon posset was so rich and creamy, but also light and flavourful. I would give more than 5 stars if I was able to, and I think the Cutty Sark has earned its place as my new favourite place to eat in Marazion.

Food: the food I ordered was a cutty burger; one of the best burgers I've ever had, a massive bowl of skinny fries on the side, loved it. There are sea food, and kids options as well as traditional pub food. Service: we only had about 15 minute wait for our food and we came into the pub at 1pm so we didn't wait for seating. Atmosphere: very traditional pub atmosphere, maps one the wall, boat figures, and loud chatter. Overall: 9/10 very enjoyable

What a great place to eat, service was friendly, nothing too much trouble! Then the food arrives, best Mussels ever, I mean that having had mussels all over the world 🌎! Thanked the chef personally for this delight. Finished off with his personalised pancakes with orange sauce, brilliant, warming! The service team were outstanding, really friendly and a credit to the Marazion Hotel Thank you and it was a tremendous night out for us xx

Brilliant. Great food, great service all the way from booking to payment. Loads of gluten-free and vegan options(which were actually very good and did not seem like an afterthought at all which every vegan or celliac knows is often the case). We had bread, olives, pan fried makerel, quinoa and buckwheat salad, haddock fishcake (Cornish Catch of a Day), new potateos and lemon and cocnut mousse, and everything was great.
