Stepping into the milkshake bar, I was immediately struck by how clean and well-organized everything was. The counters were spotless, the floor was free of any spills, and all the equipment looked pristine. The staff were also a testament to the high standards, wearing clean uniforms and handling all the ingredients with great care, which was incredibly reassuring. It's clear that this establishment takes hygiene very seriously, and it definitely contributes to a positive and trustworthy customer experience. My only critique, and it's a significant one, is regarding the waffle. While the waffle itself was perfectly cooked—light, fluffy, and with a nice crisp on the outside—it was completely overwhelmed by the amount of chocolate on top. The generous drizzle of milk chocolate and white chocolate sauce, combined with chocolate shavings and other toppings, was simply too much. It made the entire dessert cloyingly sweet, masking the flavor of the waffle and making it a challenge to finish. The richness was almost sickening after a few bites, and the toppings began to solidify, making it difficult to cut. I understand the appeal of an indulgent dessert, but in this case, a little less would have been so much more. The quality of the waffle and the deliciousness of the chocolate could shine through if the portions were reined in. A more balanced approach, perhaps with just one type of sauce and a lighter dusting of toppings, would elevate the dish from an over-the-top sugar bomb to a truly satisfying treat. Even 1 star is too generous for this place but Google does not allow me to give 0 starts. I waited 45 mins for a pickup Uber eats order of 7 Donuts. When I went to collect after 40 minutes the girls in the shop said I should have called instead if I wanted the food quicker. But the food has already been paid for and ordered on the app to be collected asap? The 2 girls working in the shop have 0 understanding of customer service. It is clear they are working in a job that makes them unhappy and it is so clear in their service they care 0% about customer satisfaction. They are ruining your business. I know the 2 girls working there will read this. If you are unhappy with your job go and find a new one instead of consistently giving poor service to all of your customers. I ordered an old school cake, which got accepted then 20 minutes later got a call to say they don’t have that in stock anymore and they could offer me another cake or a refund which I need to sort myself through the delivery courier! The little girl working for the company was appalling! She didn’t help me and hung up the phone on me. Her attitude was awful and they really need to get rid of her!
