KFC Seven Kings - High Street — Restaurant in London

I normally don't leave reviews,but this is the first time when I got angry.I am not a fan of take away,but my husband is so once in a couple of months we eat from kfc.Every time when I've been to that place I've sworn I'll never set foot in there again.Every time I've been there I had to wait forever meanwhile the staff were doing nothing.When they had that issue with their suppliers I went to buy some wings.Got there,there was nothing exposed.There was one girl at the front and one customer only but she was acting like we were not there.Therefore I tried to ask someone else if they have wings and she replied to me:she will serve you.Politely,I told her that I only want to know if they have wings so I could know if it's worth waiting but she completely ignored me.Today my husband went there again and 4 wings were missing.No apologies,no nothing.Another time,after the girl working there gave us our food we waited for our drinks too.Until we didn't tell her that she has to give us the drinks as well,she had no idea that she missed something in the order.In conclusion rubbish service,rubbish food,rubbish attitude...

I've always loved the food at kfc and the staff was always very helpful and respecting. But yesterday, there is an old Asian lady who is extremely rude and doesn't know how to serve customers. I was waiting there holding my baby and she didn't even came to the counter and served me but was continously ignoring me and was behaving like she is very busy in doing other stuff when it wasn't even busy or there were no other customers. After waiting and asking her for more than 15 minutes, there was another young lady who came and apologised and served me. This was really very rude and unacceptable. That old lady was behaving like she is the boss can show her tantrums and ignore customers. That is not acceptable. I hope that they do something about that. I've been working in front desk too and know how to serve and how does that feel to be insulted or being rude to others. I didn't shout at her or anyone yesterday but it really felt bad and...

Me and my family went down to this kfc. When I tell you I was flabbergasted by the service.There were two Pakistani ladies who were very lazy and materialistic. Instead of serving their very highly paying customers they were talking about branded clothes and bags. When our food finally arrived twenty wings were missing and when we addressed this issue we were told to wait for twenty more minutes. By the time those twenty minutes were up our food was ice cold and yet they still forgot our chicken popcorn that we had payed for but didn’t receive. I’m utterly appalled by this service and me and my family will not be ordering from here again.The two ladies in till were also backchatting about me and my family thinking that we couldn’t understand them.
