Fusilier Inn & Arena Lounge — Hotel in London

Took our order after 1 hour of arriving after waiting out on one of their “garden tables” blaming “india-Pakistan cricket match”. What a load of rubbish! Cricket matches, football matches are not new in this country! Get enough staff and security on then! One of their employees made false promise of offering table inside the restaurant as it was getting little chilly for kids, she then came back after 5 minutes and said we are fully booked inside! You will have to eat outside! We had our staters out in cold with 3 and 5 year olds constantly complaining of cold! I walked in the restaurant to visit the loo and found more than 10 tables completely vacant and complained to the “owners” who were not even apologetic! One of them was willing to listen but no solution offered at the end. Didn’t wanna spend even one more minute in that restaurant. I just Paid and moved on! Absolutely waste of time these lot!

Despite of having more than 10 tables free within the restaurant, the owners and their employees shamelessly left us and our 3 and 5 years old out in cold (at least for kids)! When complained to the “owners”, one didn’t even apologise and other did without offering any sort of solution. Ended up having starters only, I didn’t even bother to order main with kids left out in cold. Absolutely Appalling...

this place was genuinely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

firstly, we paid £260 for two rooms for one night. the room i stayed in had black hairs all over the bed, pillows, windowsill and in the shower. the toilet seat didn't even fit the toilet and the beds were rock hard. the mattress felt like it had no springs.

they take you around the pub and to the rooms but to get there, you have to climb the stairs in pitch black. if you go there during the night, there's no lights so you can easily trip.

during the night, all you can hear is the music from the pub. there's also no heaters so it was freezing in my room.

when we eventually left in the morning, we had to put the keys in a box because the 'reception' is in the pub and it was all closed off in the morning.

we were then about to drive out of the car park when we realised the gate was closed and we struggled to get out until some guy told us how to do it from the window (assuming it was the manager?) and then he told us to lock it again after. which leads me to my review being 0 stars. bad service. overpriced....

Dear All the amazing staff at AL,

The NHS team had an amazing time at this venue for a Diwali get together for 25 people. A nice area was reserved for the whole team. Service was absolutely spot on, with care and kindness meeting individuals requirement for orders. Staff were patient with us, dispute how noisey we were. Everyone loved the food, not forgetting the drinks. Mitesh was amazing always attending each table and giving attention to all, we were hard work but they were extremely patient with us all. Due to the area being in the corner of the restaurnat we had the priviiege to have our own little dancefloor, the staff gave us the ipad to be in control of the music...lol. We really do appreciate the service and would definetly be doing another event here. Apologies to the owner and staff for the hig level of noise, however i know they enjoyed it lol.
