Sugar Rush - Wembley — Restaurant in London

After visiting this place I really felt for them, as they said they were newly opened, and if they want to keep open they really have a lot to improve on. So I am hoping they listen and learn from this review and stay in business as it would be lovely to go back, but only if:

1. they cook the pancakes better, ours were undercooked and raw - they need to be crispy
2. the flavours need to be more creative
3. use butter to cook them in for a better flavour
4. ice-cream needs to be creamier
5. service was lovely but a bit slow
6. loved the decor - but it needs to have napkins on the table rather than empty boxes, knives and forks were lovely but napkins wrapped so tight we couldn’t use them.
7. cheesecake was of poor quality and texture was wrong not creamy and smooth, you need a much better quality product or simply make your own with real cream, it will taste way better - we didn’t try the rest but again try them ask yourself is this good quality or can we make it better or source better
8. and please if you are going to have a huge wonderful pink bear for kids to want to sit on, make sure it’s clean and not in need of a repair - when we see a rip or hole like it has, all we can think of is, is it clean and safe to sit on.

A very pleasant experience with nice staff, great seats and a quiet atmosphere. The food itself is also pretty good.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the dessert and waffles at this Sugar Rush, and it was truly a delightful experience. The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, and they had a wonderful, slightly sweet flavor.

Topped with a generous dollop of fresh white chocolate and a drizzle of rich, warm chocolate sauce, they were an absolute treat for the taste buds. The dessert menu offered a variety of options, from classic cheesecake to milk cake, all expertly crafted. The presentation was as inviting as the taste, making it a feast for the eyes as well.

I left with a satisfied sweet tooth and a smile on my face, already looking forward to...

The food tastes and looks sooo good i ordered an SR hot chocolate and a lotus biscoff milkcake and both were the best hot chocolate and milkcakes ive had ever!! and the prices are so afforadable considering im a broke uni student. the customer service is amazing everyone is so nice and the place is such a good vibe :) the place looks amazing, really good spot to take cute pictures too. definitly recommend...
