Moj masala — Restaurant in London

I visited this place today in the morning around 10:30 -11 I came from Scotland when I watch reel on instagram about this place that they serve good food,

there was a lady at the desk taking order I asked her which cheese do you have for aloo puri and she did said I serve it to you u can eat and tell me which cheese it is? Like I asked it coz I don’t like mozzarella just incase if they uses mozzarella I don’t want it yet she said this sarcastically!

please teach your staff to be respectful to customers and give them training about allergy and also what ingredients they use otherwise she will ask every customer to taste their food and tell what ingredients in that! It’s ridiculous!? (i didnt came to hear this from all over scotland)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was incredibly slow—unbelievably, it took 45 minutes just to serve a single dabeli. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me not only received their orders much faster but even finished their meals and left before I was served.

The staff was uncooperative and did not seem to care about customer service. What made the experience even worse was that they spoke in Gujarati amongst themselves, making other customers feel excluded in a country where English is the primary language of communication. This is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to non-Gujarati-speaking customers.

The food itself was bland and lacked any real taste, making the long wait even more frustrating. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or decent service. Very friendly staff, great services!! This is my first time visiting UK with my family on a vacation, we were travelling and hungry, I step into this place and found the menu very 🤤, I step out and called my whole family to come and try out this place, oh my god I cant believe the taste of the food was so amazing, it reminded me of being in INDIA, we had kachi dabeli, cheese butter masala with paratha, pani puri, peri peri fries, vadapav, sev usal, panner angara, I feel like one after another we end up trying all the dishes on the menu.
