I have ordered from this place about 15-20 times now. I started out ordering the beef burger which I found was quite tasteless so I now order the classic no. 9 which is a spicy chicken burger.
Sometimes the burger tastes different, as if the marinade is different or hasn't been marinated long enough, while other times the burger is perfect. Hence the two stars. Also sometimes the burger is nice and well cooked, while other times it's a bit soggy and watery with waster dripping out from the end making it very soggy and causing the burger bun to disintegrate in the hands.
I don't find the staff very welcoming or professional, I have never been served with a smile, and quite often get ignored for the first 2-3 minutes after entering the shop.
The biggest put off for me was when went in and ordered about £20 of food and then requested a pot of chilli sauce to which I was asked for 50 pence if I remember correctly by the owner (slim gentleman who looks similar to Afzal Khan), I then gave the owner that fed up look as I had no change on me and asked if I could pay by card. I was told it's too small a value for card payment and gave me the sauce for free but the fact that I was asked for 50 pence after spending £20, and given that I have spent hundreds at the shop was very off putting.
Lastly, I think the pricing is a little on the high side, I think the meals should come with a basic drink. And to charge £4.99 for a basic milkshake takeaway is extortionate.

Read moreWent London for the weekend & was looking for an spot to eat, found this & based on the reviews & pictures thought we'd give it an go.
Mash Allah this place went wayyyyyy above my expectations! The Owner, service & most importantly, the food was all on point. Bossman himself was friendly, funny & made time to chat despite the place being busy.
Now onto the food itself... Trust me the burgers are amazing Mash Allah. The quality, freshness & taste were all there along with the portion sizes that leave you feeling full. The burger I got, the ''Tikka Crunch'' was unlike any other Chicken/Fillet burger I've had, unique with it's Harissa Mayo which complimented everything else including the Tikka marinated fried chicken, trust me it was absolutely delicious.
Prices weren't too high either for what you are getting which is saying something especially in London. The place itself was nice & clean with modern leather seating & decent amount of space to eat inside.
I'll finish off by saying If you are in Wembley & are looking for an burger, I highly recommend you try this place, Insh Allah you won't be...
