Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

On my visit early Saturday morning, the staff member who initially served me provided a wonderful coffee shop experience. Her service was perfect and set the tone for a relaxed weekend morning. However, shortly after, another staff member joined. While she was more noticeable with her lively presence, I felt she talks very loudly, shares a bit too much personal information, talking about her child, school matters, doctors appointments and her personal background. She seems to stare at me as well which is uncomfortable to say the least and her presence in the store is a tad overwhelming for a customer's experience. Horrible experience! As it was closing I didn’t see so I asked this young man are you closing the guy replied no and laughed. But I saw the gate closed and I asked again are you closed he said yes. Him and his colleague a lady behind the till started laughing and speaking in their own language the lady replied in a rude manner can’t see you the table moved? My partner asked sorry what did you say they then carried on laughing and saying things to us as we left and using swear words. Coffee to me is more than roasted beans with milk! It is blended with care and passion about customers and their preferences and style. I loved it when I saw that awesome smile on Camelia's face and her remembering my last order although an infrequent customer I was, And her empathy and patince with others and elderly people.
