Coleshill Hotel — Hotel in North Warwickshire

My wife and I stayed last night and our stay couldn't have been better, we were visiting family in the area and didn't really want to leave our luggage on show in the car. So I asked the breakfast waiter ( a young man named Sam) whilst having a breakfast there (there was nothing that could be faulted with the food it was very well cooked and the price was extremely reasonable), if there was somewhere we could leave it. He went away and when he came back he'd arranged for us to check in 4 hours early. We unloaded our car and went to reception there was 2 ladies there ( Debs and kat) who were busy reshuffling rooms so that we could check in to one that had finished being prepped, I unfortunately am disabled and once the room was settled on Debs helped my wife with our luggage to our room. The room was lovely it was clean with a beautiful en suite ( all done to have that homely feel). We went on with our day with family and when we returned to the hotel my wife was explaining to Debs that she was going for a long soak in the bath, Debs went looking for some candles for the soak to be more relaxing. I had a shower and not saying that the water pressure was good but I felt like I was waterboarding myself, with no loss of temperature that happens all to often in hotels. I would recommend anyone who's thinking of staying in the area to seriously think about giving the Coleshill a try. We will definitely be re booking here in the future. I would like to thank the Coleshill Hotel its wonderful staff and in particular Helen for creating a wonderful wedding day for my son and his wife..

During the latter part of October 2021 my son and his future bride received the news that the venue that they had booked for their wedding reception had been cancelled.

In the panic that followed trying to find a new venue I came across the Coleshill Hotel, having made some enquiries we spoke to Helen at the Hotel who was calming and reassuring and it transpired that the Date of the 11th December the date of the wedding was indeed free, within the space of half an hour of our original call to Helen we were at the Hotel speaking with her face to face.

I cannot adequately put into words how professional and friendly Helen was, taking on board all of the wedding requirements and plans to make the day worry free. Over the next week she was on the ball with suggestions and also accommodating some of or suggestions, at no time was there any issue. It was like planning an event with a member of the family it really was that easy, the stress and anxiety was taken completely away from all of us and it was a pleasure sorting out the details with Helen and the team.

The Hotel really did make the wedding amazing for all, every guest said what a wonderful hotel and environment it was to hold the reception and that Helen and the staff at the Hotel were fantastic you really do deserve high praise for what you did for all of...

I had the absolute pleasure of returning to the Coleshill Hotel on Friday 21st October 2022.

Not only was the establishment in pristine condition, their service delivery was exceptional. The food was delicious, fresh and hot, the range and quality of beverages was noteworthy. I would like to make a special mention to all of the team working on the occasion of my visit. The assistant Manager Kat, her number 2 Logan, Maya,Katie,Regan,Donna, and the new hire in training Hannah went over and above to ensure my party and I were looked after from the moment we arrived until our departure.

The definition of outstanding customer service is everything that you do or say to make your customer feel welcome, important and comfortable and they had all the attributes in spades throughout our visit. They were courteous and professional and impeccably presented and are a credit and true ambassadors of the Coleshill Hotel. Sincerest thanks to you all and the team behind the scenes. P.S: I would have no hesitation in recommending the Coleshill Hotel for business and pleasure. Lovely building, welcoming staff and place to unwind located close to the NEC, Genting Arena, Resorts World and the M6 & M42 Motorways approximately 20 minutes drive from Birmingham...
