Not everyone lives on their phones, we feel that directions, codes and how to get into the apartment should also be put in a email, so theses can be printed off, instead of having to keep looking at your phone.| Also the directions could have been better once we arrived at the yard, you don’t actually tell us how to get the building we were staying in so had to drive round trying to find it, also there was no information beforehand that there was building work going on and our parking was in the building work, this became a nightmare trying to park when builders vans were either in the spaces or blocking the spaces so we could not park easily.|Once in the apartment after a very long journey we had picked up some quick microwave meals for quickness, well no microwave even though it was in the description and photo’s, this is one of the reasons we booked the apartment so we could heat things quickly after we came in after been out all day.| So we moved on to try the oven, the bottom was dirty, dried on spilt food still in there and the oven was terrible after an hour on the food still was not heated up as the heat in the oven was not good enough.|So we sat done to watch tv later, no celling lights at all in the lounge and the floor lamp did not work, so very dark in that room.|The bathroom could do with some attention, the bottom of the bath has seen better days. |So Sunday morning I came to ask for help at the reception desk, apparently on the right just through the entrance in Brew House, it is not that is the pizza restaurant and once I did find the right place it was shut, so no help on the reception desk, I did mange to speak to someone through WhatsApp and they did provide the microwave that day which we did appreciate. |Once home i got a email asking for my opinions, i did that, 2 further emails and still no reply so here is my review, could have been much better, so...
Read moreWe arrived late on Friday 29th December for a New Year weekend to stay in apartment 87. The apartment is in a nice location with a view. On arrival all seemed ok .|We suddenly realised the heating was not working so for the first night we enjoyed wrapping up in jumpers. On the second day I was contacted by Rachel and I explained the issue and also the apartment whist advertising a microwave it was not in the property and I had planned meal to use it. The microwave appeared and I thanked Rachel for this and as we thought the heating issue was sorted, however within an hour of returning we had no heating in any of the rooms. On our last day I tried to contact Rachel again about the heating and one heater which would never heat the unit arrived. I was then not happy and we eventually got in contact with James who I have to say did a great job in sorting out the issue even though it was on our last night, which I do thank him for. The issue appears to be the owner has control of the heating and I’m not sure why as this is not helpful to the management company who look after the unit. It was agreed to compensate us with £100 which in the spirt it accepted, however if the nights had been colder or a family was staying I think this is not acceptable. I would be very reluctant to stay in unit 87 again unless I has assurance around...

We only stayed 3 nights and the relaxing nature made it feel longer. Thanks team! We look forward to...
