Carradale Guest House — Hotel in Shetland

I’m here for two nights for work and very welcoming. The island is a pinch-me-moment stunning! |This guest house is nice a central, quiet and comfortable. Great self service breakfast (perfect eggs!) and I am in a single room and it’s cosy and comfy. All the streaming services on the tv, WiFi is great. Tea /coffee in the room. Hanging space for clothes, hair dryer. I want to know where the bedside lamp is from, built in usb ports. Despite being here for work, I explored the coast and what a coast it is. Breathtaking and caught sight of some puffins so I’ve checked two things off my bucket list. Lovely staff at the guest house, the lady at breakfast is so kind. I had a very cosy single room on the top floor, with it's own hand basin and a shared bathroom with one other room. The bedding was very luxurious and I slept well on both nights. My first night on Shetland was at the nearby Islesburgh house hostel (which is also very good), but Carradale was only £10 a night more expensive and included a full cooked breakfast, so great value for money. There is a bus stop nearby which is ideal if you don't have your own transport. My only negative was that the room had a constant electrical humming noise, for which I couldn't find the source. Incredibile Place!!! |Quite, close to the bay and far enough from the city center to keep the quietness.|Room stunning, big, confortable, exactly what I was looking for. |Nice big and confortable bed with a beautiful table in front of three windows (I was lucky with sunny days) I spent time reading looking at the bay sometimes. |Breakfast I saw pretty rich....being Italian I had coffee , juice and water.....my bad |Everyone looked enjoying every bites. ||I'll try to come back!...
