I recently had the pleasure of dining at what I can confidently say is the best fish and chips I've ever tried. The moment I took my first bite, I was blown away by the freshness and flavor of the fish. It was perfectly battered, crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, showcasing the quality of the ingredients used. The chips were equally impressive—golden, fluffy, and seasoned to perfection, making them the ideal companion to the fish.

What truly sets this place apart from others, including those in London, is the attention to detail in their preparation. Each dish is crafted with care, and you can taste the difference. However, I must mention that the service could use some improvement. While the staff was friendly, there were moments of delay that detracted from the overall experience. A more attentive and efficient service would elevate this gem to an even higher level.

Called in for my final meal on the Shetland Isles. Opted for haggis and chips with a pickled egg. Fancied sitting out in glorious sunshine. Other folk had the same idea so I ended up on the dock.
