I have contacted the better business bureau and seven on your side and a personal injury lawyer to help me with my situation. I asked for the owner to call me to discuss my hair and Rachel (the store manager) said the owner is not willing to call me.!!! I wonât post a before and after picture here because itâs disgusting and embarrassingâŚ.sad that a consumer who paid over 1K and sat in a chair at that salon countless hours canât get a call from the ownerâŚ.Rachel openly admitted the mistakes she madeâŚThe hair ambassador openly admitted my hair was striped of moisture due to excessive clarifying shampoo washes âŚmy hair was over processed with significant damage and ruined every service I paid forâŚnot to mention my scalp and hairline irritationâŚAt the end of the day Rachel said she was trying to help me but when it became too stressful for her she turned her back too but she is well aware SHE made bad decisions and the stylists ruined my hair..Every stylist should know not to use clarifying shampoo more than one time and not leave it in longer than 5 minutes!!! And this was done multiple times for more than 10 minutes each timeâŚmy hair looks burnt/fried/dull/frizzy/it feels like straw and the extensions are damaged and color and moisture striped!!! and I wasnât given the opportunity to talk to the owner to express my side so unfortunately a judge will now have to grant me what I deserve âŚIâm certain if the owner wouldâve called me we wouldnât have to go to court to have a judge grant me whatâs rightfully mine but now the trauma has accelerated into massive anxiety but I just thought people should be aware that this salon doesnât have enough experienced stylists nor do they care about the consumer and they are really just out for taking peoples money however they can whether itâs pushing you to join the membership, or pushing products or wasting peoples time by not getting things right the first time forcing people to return for repairsâŚmy hair is terribly damaged and the owner doesnât think I deserve a phone...
Read moreMediocre at best. The staff were all very nice but the service is really not great. Stylist was a bit cut happy and gave my younger daughter a slight mushroom cut look. She also left a random strand of long hair which I had to ask her to fix after the cut was done. When my older daughter got her hair washed, the girl washing hair completely soaked my daughterâs back in water. So much so that they needed to take her sweatshirt and put it in the dryer đ¤Śđźââď¸ During her cut, the same stylist needed her to stand up for some reason and cut her hair standing? Maybe her chair was broken and didnât raise up? Iâm not sure but it was very odd. So her cut hair was now falling on the chair and then she had her sit back down on the chair that now had hair on it. Paid $90 for 2 kids cuts (only 1 did a blow dry) that were disappointing. They also tried to sell me on a $70/month membership but at least they were not pushy. My daughters had an appointment at their normal, good salon in 2 weeks and my oldest was impatient wanting her hair cut today. Now she learned - better to wait for the legit place, especially when itâs the same price or cheaper! This salon feels like a glorified Great Clips and my biggest regret is not walking out in the 15 minutes past our appointment time that they had us wait. I felt it was a bad choice and I went through with it anyway, but I will...
Read moreAwesome⌠Awesome⌠place ⌠Iâve been there twice and both times I love my hair ⌠they are very nice and the stylist Bri is beyond amazing. The salon is so bright and cheerful.
However, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is simply because the receptionist constantly pushes their membership. When they confirm your appointment you are reminded to join and âsaveâ when you are in the chair getting your hair done they come over to again explain the membership and how you can actually save money today ⌠the problem is that a smaller salon might throw something in this place is a franchise and they are trying to sell ⌠sell.. sell. Now , as I was leaving each person who checked out before me was again given a chance to âsaveâ today. After a while it was enough. I wanted to buy a product and was reminded if I was a member I could save 10% ⌠I get it they are trying to sell but after a while itâs annoying. Mind you this is NOT the stylist itâs the front desk.
I also, was charged a 3.99% service fee for using a debt card. First I was told it was a credit card charge. But, it was a debt card. Not sure if this is the new thing but my nail salon doesnât do that and if you spend enough money which I did⌠I think they could afford not to charge a service fee of $7.00 on top of a...
