It is a magical place. I love the glamour camping style. I love how the cabins/tents were furnished, the little porch with rocking chairs, a firepit next to them, and all of the cabins have their unic animal statue. All the cabins had an elektric plug, ice cooler, little heater, and water heater for coffee/tea. Just the trash was very small. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was very spacious with nice hot water. I was missing sing there and mirror - hopefully that will come in future. Only where I was disappinted was the cold plunge and jacuzzi. I was picturing ice cold plunge, but the water was not that cold (no ice in it) at all, and Jacuzzi was not that hot. I believe they had temperature 90F. There is still a few stuff they need to improve. But for the second year in the bussines of these camping cabins, they are on the right path, and I definitely love this place, and I would love to come back.

My family and I chose this place because it claimed to have all the amenities we wanted. What a complete scam. They told us RV guests don’t get amenities, despite what their website says. After arguing, we finally got access for just one day out of our five-day stay, and everything was disgusting. The hot tubs were gross and unfiltered. The showers were a total disaster—ice cold, clogged drains, unbearably humid, and they even ran out of water. Public park showers are better. The website shows proper shower heads, but we got hoses. Yurt guests had it even worse with just rinse kits. This has been the worst RV stay we’ve ever experienced. The lake/river is the only decent thing about this place, but it doesn’t make up for the awful stay. We paid over $100 per day for this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump like the plague. Boondocking would be infinitely better than staying here.

The guy who wrote about the rock quarry was not lying. This site is set right next to an active rock quarry which was in operation into the night. It was very loud. Other promised amenities were not available - the hot tubs and saunas were not working. The "running water" listed on the website is really just a shower with cold water pumped in. The toilets are pit toilet style...except you have to walk up some stairs to get to it? And the bathroom closest to our tent wasn't even installed yet. No sinks anywhere, so you'll be brushing your teeth and washing your hands in a cold shower or just staying dirty. Edit: a few hours after I wrote my review, they updated their website to remove the FAQs mention of bathroom facilities. Interesting. Do not waste your money here. It's not ready for guests.

IF YOU ARE DISABLED DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS IS ADVERTISED AS ADA COMPLIANT, NO RAMPS, NO PARKING SPOTS, NO ACCESSIBLE SHOWERS OR BATHROOMS!!!

My husband and I stayed from 07/11/2024-07/16/2024 for our 5-year anniversary. Upon check-in we were greeted by the office manager and brought to our RV site, which was extremely disappointing. We had paid for the deluxe site to be creek side, the creek was blocked by trees and shrubs, not accessible and hardly visible. We were told that there were no restrooms/shower rooms available for RV users, that the hot tub/saunas would also be an additional $25 per person, per day to use, and their dryers were not working. This was extremely upsetting because their website had advertised a shower room, laundry facility, hot tubs, sauna, and a cold plunge for guests to use. We were informed those amenities are only for the cabin users, and RV users are expected to use their own facilities. After explaining our understanding from the website, she offered to let us use the office restroom for our stay (ONLY 1 SHOWER PER GUEST A DAY!), and she said we could use the hot tubs and saunas for $25 per couple.

They changed their website description while we were staying, and refused to acknowledge it. I have a screen shot of their FAQ before we booked, and one after.

Unfortunately, our RV toilet broke during our stay, one of the mornings we tried to use the only toilet on site and it was clogged, the manager told us it would be over 2 hours until the bathroom would be working again. I have GI issues and nearly had an accident, I ran back to my camper to use my broken toilet. The manager came and knocked on our camper about 10 minutes later to tell me that there were other toilets on their property and I could now use them (unfinished outhouses with 3 steps to reach the toilet). I expressed how upsetting this experience was, and once again tried to show her on their website where they advertised an ADA BATHROOM and she stormed off and refused to talk to me. My husband then went to talk to the manager and she told my husband I was swearing at her, and then asked my husband for business feedback for the RV park. She offered to let us use the saunas and hot tubs for free at this point for the remainder of our trip (we had 2 nights left). The hot tubs were filthy, you couldn't see through the water, the saunas however, were nice.

The dryers were working again by the end of our stay. We started a load of laundry at 8:30pm, the spinner on the washer did not work and we had to pay for 2 additional cycles to find this out. Eventually at 3:45am we pulled our wet clothes and texted the manager. Thankfully we were refunded for the laundry. We observed multiple laminated signs stating to not over stuff the washers as it would result in continual break downs of the equipment. The equipment did not seem to be holding up even after whatever repairs have been done. This was very inconvenient and we should have simply taken our laundry to the laundromat in the city.

The manager told us other guests were complaining of the cold showers...these "showers" are the 3.5 gallon rinse kits from Costco. These showers are dedicated for the cabin/glamping tents, but because they were so awful everyone in the RV park was using the ONE office bathroom/shower.

This entire experience from start to finish was HORRIBLE. If you like chaos, being discriminated and harassed, then this is the place for you! We tried to work with the manager multiple times for a refund, and were unsuccessful.

And to the guy who left the review about this being a "camp site" and to get over it...this is listed as an RV RESORT. For the price they are charging, you should be getting AT LEAST what...

We NEVER received our check-in instructions. After 3+ hours of no response to multiple messages and calls to the host, I had to call VRBO. After 30+ minutes on the phone, VRBO finally reached the host who then called me (very rude, evasive, not helpful, a bit sketchy). Since we could not get the key to our tent until almost 4 hours after check-in time, we paid for an accommodation we could not access for our full reservation. Management had no sense of appropriate customer communication or proper customer service whatsoever. ||This $$$ place ($400/night) was gravely misrepresented as a “waterfront cottage” boasting amenities half-built and over sold in their quality and comfort. This it is NOT ‘waterfront’ - you can’t see any water from the tent door - the water is off-site and in the middle of a rock quarry. It’s not a “cottage” by any stretch of the imagination- it’s a tent on a platform with no couch to sit on or running water or basic amenities including even a simple mirror or sink to spit your toothpaste. There were no bathrooms in the compound with flushable toilets, sinks or running water. The only “bathroom” available near our tent was a porta-potty that had not been serviced in quite awhile (was 3/4 full). The showers were merely hand-held pressurized cold water garden hoses. In the canvas tent, there was an open flame workshop-style gas heater - a serious fire, safety and carbon monoxide hazard (I woke up with major headache). Ultimately, this should’ve been $100/night max - not $400. Stay at a...

In terms of the RV park, this is a scam. No valid signage roadside so took a while to find. We pulled into a fairly barren gravel wasteland beside a gravel pit and wandered about trying to find an office. Signage was absent. We were approached by a VERY pleasant young lady who informed us that she would check us in. When I signed up a month ahead for this spot I understood from the website and reservation process that it had electrical and water. I was informed that the water was at the office, which in turn was a converted apartment in an apartment building located near the RV park which housed seasonal workers. What I found was a ground-level spigot on the side of the building. The "waterside" premium spot was located beside a stream that was approximately 6 feet wide and was blocked to access by weeds and sapling trees. I was then informed that the advertised facilities of showers, bathrooms and hot tub were all non-functioning. The available bathroom was a single outhouse which she advised was "not" used by the workers. Also there were no laundry facilities, again a contradiction to advertised services. She did offer to allow us to use the washers and dryers in the apartment building which were used by the tenants there. When I checked them 2 out of 4 of each appliance was broken. I feel bad for the poor manager who really seemed at a loss. She seemed poorly informed by whomever owns this pace as to what is advertised on the website, and to repair/ baseline conditions...
