Crystal Quarters Corporate Housing at The Concord — Hotel in Alexandria

Customer service very disappointing, won't let visitors use restroom even in an event of an emergency. Never had issues with using the restrooms until now. The receptionist recommended me go down the street instead and that there's no public restrooms but we're for residents only. I asked to speak with management since I have a medical condition and can't control my bowel movements, and as she and him are on the phone for quite some time, I'm trying not to let my bowels loose and hold it in. She then said that he was busy and denied me any help with a smirk o her face like she was lying. Crystal Quarters Concord is an amazing facility. I'm a business traveler and prefer an apartment type setting rather than a hotel. The Concord facility is immaculately clean, the apartment is comfortable and very up to date with furnishings. The service provided by Crystal Quarters is the best by far. Michael Noriega (the Guest Services Manager) and his staff are very congenial and professional. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Concord! Management at Crystal quarters made my stay easy, and always made sure that I had all of the information I needed. I could contact them with any question or service and it was handled within 24 hrs. The Housekeeping staff was awesome. Ms. Edith is a favorite!
