UPDATE: NEVER BUY FROM HERE. Staff lies & are unprofessional. Go to Ikea! Way better product for a fraction on the cost. UPDATE: Still no solutions offered to me by the store or corporate customer service. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT! There are SO MANY bad reviews for this company online. Beware! UPDATE: The manager & associate are still unwilling to fix the issue. They have lied to me and given me the run around for weeks on end at this time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! Do Not Purchase a mattress from here!! They will charge you HUNDREDS of dollars if you return it within their guidelines. The 120 night test is a lie, read all the fine print. I was lied to about how much it would cost to return it. I tried a mattress in the store, then the one I was delivered was a completely different level of firmness and I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known this would happen. They are charging me over $700 to return the mattress and the manager, Sandy, was completely unapologetic and wasn't willing to help me in any way. Latasha lied to me about the costs and said it would cost $200 to return it, which I still think is way too high. The mattress I am purchasing from IKEA is only $500 and is exactly what I want. So my new mattress costs less that it does to return the bad Mattress Firm mattress. What a waste of money!!!!! I'm extremely unsatisfied with this business and will tell everyone I know not to purchase there. They are WAY overpriced as well. Go to IKEA and save yourself thousands of dollars and get better...

As i went there to buy a queen mattress for my son yesterday the sales person started showing the expensive mattresses kept at the front of the store. I said show me the ones below 500. He response was as if i am not suppose to buy those mattresses as they are too bad. I said, why he was carrying those in the store if they are so bad. I also stated as a sales person your job is to sale any item in the store that you carry without pushing for any specific brand. When i advised him not to do that he sharply left me saying okay you shop on your own. How my son would feel about the mattress his dad would buy for him spending less than 500 after hearing that kind of statement from the sales person. Then i went ahead to another store and the sales person was very professional and informative. I bought a mattress from him in less than 10 min. It was a serta perfect sleeper Med euro top mattress (was $1199, and i got for $ 335 being on sale). I will definitely avoid this store for any of my mattress need...

Walking in we were immediately greeted by the Sales Associate, Tucker Sutton, who seemed very genuine and friendly through our entire shopping experience. We were unsure what type of mattress we planned on getting since it would be a gift for family members, but Tucker spent a lot of time with us narrowing down the types of mattresses that would be good a good fit for the people we would be gifting it to. Not knowing anything about mattresses, it was definitely nice having somebody who was patient in explaining all the different characteristics of the different mattresses at length to me when I wanted to know (and I asked a LOT of questions). We never felt rushed or like we were being pushed into buying a specific mattress, we were just given all the information we needed to make the right decision with no pressure. Overall it was an incredibly pleasant experience which I was honestly not expecting and I will definitely be going back to buy a mattress of my own with...
