The staff was very friendly, especially Allejandro. However; the building itself suffers from a plethora of minor problems in desperate need of repair. We were unable to get a downstairs room because they all need repair or were rented. I had to switch rooms because my door wouldn't latch and the inside lock was broken off. Bathroom vents did not work and allowed for crickets. The toilet had a few dead crickets and dirt from the vent. The refrigerators were barely bigger than the microwave which created some logistical issues with fitting a week's worth of food inside. No coffee pot in the room; however, coffee is always available in the lobby. Breakfast served every morning. Same thing every morning as every hotel; waffle iron, dry cereal, white water milk, bagel, muffin, microwaved eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and sometimes bacon. Shower curtains fly out and stick to your legs. Every room had different tv's. Some had older big box sets, others had flat tv's. They were set on top of the closet like in a hospital. Cable guide displays channels you can't watch which is pretty irritating. One ice/snack machine downstairs. No elevator. No outside seating.

Where do I even start? I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. The first thing I noticed was the hard, lumpy bed that made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, there were no real blankets, and the pillows were lumpy and clumpy. The bathroom was also a disappointment. The shower curtain was ripped, and the bathroom tiles were broken in several places. On top of that, there were stains on the furniture and carpets. But the worst part of my stay was the complete lack of heat in the room. The air unit did not work, and the draft coming through it was so bad that I ended up leaving a day early because I couldn't take another night of frozen hands and feet. The TV was also jacked up, and I was stuck watching a super tiny picture. To top it all off, the breakfast was lacklustre, and I ended up going to town to eat. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge you to take heed of the negative reviews. When I come back to town, I will definitely not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Definitely likes seeing this artwork every morning I like the breakfast selection. Even though they didn't have eggs or bacon (this is May 11, 2022 as I type this), they had a lot of options. Muffins, bagels, yogurt, waffles, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches). I appreciate that everything was individually packaged. It limits the spread of germs. They had my favorite muffins AND my favorite cereal. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable. Everyone here has been really friendly, and they made sure we got what we needed. I like the location just fine. It is 18 minutes from a nature park, and about an hour from Wichita Mountains, where you can see bison in the wild.

“We stayed here over Thanksgiving 2022. Our room was awful. The carpet was stained with big stains were things had obviously been spilled and small stains all over that looked like makeup or food not sure. The carpet was stretched so badly that it was folded over in some areas where it no longer would lay flat. The drapes in almost every room were water stained, and mold stained where they have been wet from condensation. They were also dry rotted and literally falling apart when touched. The towels in the bathroom were white at one time I’m sure but are now a light tan. The sheets were no better. Neither looked clean as they were dingy and stained. My pillow case had mascara still on it along with other stains. They very well could have been clean but gross non-the-less! The bathroom had holes in the wall above the shower and the corners of the floor had orange mold. The toilet seat was chipped and the white paint was gone from use. The second night of our stay that was already paid for but I could not bring myself to stay. My daughter and I left and went to my in-laws and stayed on the couch. This property needs a major renovation and cleaning. The staff was friendly enough but I will never return. For the price I didn’t expect 5 star but I did expect basic maintenance and...

We had a very difficult time finding the motel. Other than the light at the entrance the parking lot was dark and the hotel entrance does not face the highway so we didn't even see it on the first two drives by. The first room we were given had not been cleaned since the previous guests. The second room looked very "lived in" and only had one bed (we had asked for two queen beds). The third room was fine...except the a/c didn't work and there was no tub, only a shower b/c it was a handicap room which we didn't need. We finally took a room on the 2nd floor....no elevator and we are seniors. The comforters were quilted and every square had a knot of fiberfill inside which made for a very lumpy cover. We ended up borrowing a quilt from my mom's house and using it for cover. On the 2nd morning our toilet stopped up and we had to have a plunger brought up. No toiletries were provided and when I called the front desk I was told they weren't able to get shampoo delivered. Also, no ice bags but I was given laundry bags to use in the ice bucket instead. So, no....I would not recommend or stay...
