I so badly want to give a great review because I genuinely like Wataburgers food. But the Altus one is just not what it should be. They get my order wrong more often then not and you sit in line for soooo long its frustrating. I've always just let it go because they are busy but yesterday when I went it pushed me a bit to far and I can honestly say I probably will never go back now. I ordered a kids meal and 2 other meals (big sign at the drive-true that says free kids meal with purchase mon-thur and it was a mon) well I get to the window and look at my receipt, she had charged me for it. So I politely asked her "I thought the kids meals were free" she responded with "oh my bad its been a long day" I then asked her if she could make it right as there is a sign saying that they are free and I felt like she should honor that. She got all crabby looking and asked "what do you want me to do, like I said its been a long day" I felt so disrespected in that moment I just said fine and took my food. Read moreI am a truck driver. It is 60 miles here from home... I always stop and get a togo order! As I finished my order and was putting my wallet away... out of nowhere, this lady (had to be 20s) came swinging around me and parked on the counter in front of me. With an attitude like she caught my hand in the cookie jar! She directly asks if my dog is a service animal!!! She said it like i was 4-5yo... kind weird. And the interrogation began. Knowing it is illegal for them to ask... and for me to lie... I said no, he's just a mut!!! Then, in no uncertain terms, I was told to get my order and leave! The whole time, he was just sitting there... ignoring her, LOL so we stode and waited, watching the employee roll their eyes every time a different manager spouted off something they missed or was behind on. One came and bang on the bathroom door, telling the cook to hurry up. Burgers need to be cooked... and waited till her emerged and followed him back, telling him his deficiencies. Read moreCustomer service is very bad at night/ early morning. Brittany sounded like she wanted to get my order over with before she even took it. Get to the window she's having a conversation with the manager but the whole time the manager is working and she's just waving her hands around talking instead of taking care of me at the window. She finally comes and then ask me to pull up. After waiting 19 minutes for my food it's still wrong so I walk in and the manager ask me what's wrong and she tells the guy just to fix it and give it to me, little miss Brittany didn't like that so I get back in my car and take a bite of my burger and it's really salty (asked for no salt on my burgers) so I go BACK IN with all the food and explain to them that it's still not right and that I wanted my money back so instead of doing just that little Ms Brittany really got an attitude and started talking crazy like I didn't know how to go put my car in park but the manager fixed it and calmed her down...
