Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Altus

I went here for lunch today. I had 2 12 count meals, 2 8 count meals, and a kids meal. Got home all the way in Snyder only to see I had only received one 8 count all fries and the kids meal. I called and asked for a manager. She apologized and told me I’ll refund your money and honor your order. A few hrs later I make it back to Altus. I ask for a manager and tell them what happen and asked if the same manager was still available. She was not. I handed them the receipt and told them what she said a refund and that she’d honor the order. They told me okay pull up and we will get that for you. I waited 10 or so mins before they came out with the food but they didn’t have the refund. I asked where was the refund she told me to hold on. I waited another 10 mins. The manager returned this time. She said it’s either the refund or the food and we already made the food. I told her well I wanted the refund and they could have the food back. She took the food and I had to wait another 10 mins just to get my refund. I will never return to this location. The service is slow and they don’t represent a company...

I must say I love Chic fila. They did change my mind. I went to the store and ordered a take out. I bought stripes and sandwiches. They gave me a bag with my order on it. I trust chic fila. I got home the 4 sandwiches where missing. I searched my car no they dint fall out of the bag. I called the store. I got the corp office in Georgia. I then sent a dm to the owner on Facebook. This was over a week ago. I just want it to be made right. Now I feel unheard and disrespected. I did everything I could do with receipt in hand. I guess they gave my food to someone else. My money's gone. My money and that of my family and friend's will be permanently gone from thier business. I feel that I have been treated that I lied. I'm visiting my daughter at her first duty station here in Altus. I have never had waffle fries that taste so horrible at a Chick-fil-A ...the fries where fried extremely too hard almost like a potato chip and they taste like the oil was burnt or old. I did not noticed the fries until we got back on the base. After an almost a 6 hour drive to Altus, I did not want to go drive back to the restaurant. My daughter stated that when she gets her fries from this location she has to sprinkle water on them, put them in the microwave in order to eat them, as if this is the norm as she loves chick fil a. I told her like I'm about to say here .... Unacceptable!!! The reputation of chick fil a is being ruined at...
