Chicken Express — Restaurant in Altus

I had gone in there to see how service was and maybe order and say hi to an old friend that works there and I had walked in really quick after not seeing her and then walked out to text her and ask if she was there (weird I know) but I got stopped by the manager (Terri) outside that said a team member had told her I stole soda from their machine because I had a cup from a different store in my hand and she assumed I stole my drink and that I needed to pay for something that I didn't do. Honestly I felt that the way this whole thing that came about was rude and the attitude I was met with as if she didn't believe me that I didn't steal and threatened that she would look at the cameras to prove I didn't steal so I told her to go ahead. Service member to service member, I understand that sometimes we have to be skeptical over situations like that and you never know but come on, don't be rude to potential customers as it impacts your service and then it'll affect you. Well ive NEVER "reviewed" on a restaurant however... I went there because I LOVE chicken express but always get it where i live in Amarillo Tx but i was @WOSC basketball homecoming for my daughter. I've NVR been disappointed with it I was driving home @NIGHT of course & trying watch the road. While I was eating my biscuit I kept thinking this tastes wierd thought maybe it just sat too long or they were busy & put too much butter idk. So when I went to eat my leftovers today I looked AT my BISCUIT & it had MOLD on the bottom how in the WORLD does this happen. I used work @Braums & NEVER had that happen to any food! I was even willing to forgive the girl that handed me my food w/o a THANK YOU ma'am or have a nice nite i mean something cuz they were busy & she just handed me my food & turned her head away! BUT seeing THIS that is a mistake that should NOT EVER happen & since im doing this the employees should be told that no matter how busy it is saying thank you isnt HARD & was told different amounts also okra way overcooked & old.. There was a hidden 3.5% charge for using my credit card. After I paid my receipt said I could have paid $16.45 instead of $17.03. The sign on the counter was turned around and you could not tell what it was. I was even shorted my side of okra and did not find out til I drove 1 hour home. No other place I spent money had a card fee only Chicken Express. I will be disputing the 58 cents charge and the fact I did not get the okra. Not ever going to that place again. The 3 fish fillets were not much to brag about either. For $17.03 I feel I did not get a good deal. Bought burgers @ 2 other restaurants to go and got alot of food for $10 and no card fee charge.
