We bought all of our appliances for our new home from Farm and Home. One reason we loved this company was because their service and delivery personnel were not subcontracted. We have used all of their services and can say that they deserve 5 stars all around! We were very happy with the customer service they gave us when purchasing and they went above and beyond when our new oven broke. They replaced our new Range after we had been waiting for parts for over 4 weeks. This was no fault of theirs. The service team was professional and answered all of our questions. The delivery team was also professional and made sure I was happy with the installation before they left. They could not have been more helpful and we really felt that they listened to us. Don't waste your time shopping in Ashland. Stopped in at 6:15 on a Tuesday night. Waited until 6:35 had to go down stairs to get someone to help us. We want to buy a refrigerator. My wife had to go downstairs to even get help. We asked if we could get it delivered on Thursday of this week. She said without looking it would not be possible. She then stated if you need it now you better go somewhere else. FYI we went to Home Depot got waited on and will have it delivered in two days. Thanks so much to the Furniture & Appliance department. They helped us furnish our lake house with GE stove, refrigerator, Ashley couch and chair and a beautiful Mavin Table & Chairs.
