Cheshire Motor Inn — Hotel in Atlanta

Here is what it is this motel has done what it was told to do clean up or get shut down so they clean it up so don't come here to do your drugs and or to sale your drugs and don't come here to do your sex cruising because that is a thing in the pasted also after 12mindnight you will be stopped my the police or secitry to find out if you have a room you be asked if you are not visiting anyone you will be asked to leave also if you come to visited you need to know the room # they will not let you set in parking lot to waited to fine out all foot traffic will be stopped so if you don't have either one don't come here and if you don't want to be question about why your here don't come all they want is a safe place for third guests that's why third is 24/7 secitry thire so it comes down to this if you been told you are not to come back to this motel stay away because police will be called and you will go to jail all so all the bicycle that where bring drugs here are not allowed on property all bike have to be left a the front office anyway things have changed here some will like it and some won't but so far they have been praise for doing a good job so if want a place to stay over night or longer come visited us they will do thire best to make you...

Not bad considering you can get a room right at $100 or a lil under for a location close to midtown. In the cheaper rooms, the showers are unpredictable as they turn hot and cold too often. In the others that cost a lil more there, I didn't have that problem. Sometimes the remote may not work on the tvs and you may have to call for assistance. Some tvs there you have to kinda work with 'em. Once the heat didn't work but I was moved to another room. Wasn't the best customer treatment but wasn't the worse either. I like Bikash the best at the front desk. He's nice and knows how to be kind and not make you feel awkward. Best thing to do is call and make reservations first and before you actually pay, get them to let you see the room first and make sure everything functions well how you like it and most of all, make sure you feel comfortable! They say once you stay past 30 minutes you cannot get a refund so be certain you have the right room! For the price you can't beat the location and for the most part it seems to be a calm laid back environment. The rooms are clean and looks like they have been updated. They do have a security guard on duty. As of now, I will continue to do business with them...

This motel should be shut down. My room was very dirty, a lamp fell off the wall simply from my turning it on, and the place was infested with roaches.

On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and he made threats if I did not fix the lamp.

I was able to remount the lamp, but it later fell off again. The fault here lies with the motel maintenance. The lamp was mounted with screws directly through the sheetrock instead of through the existing drywall anchors. The screws in use did not fit the anchors, so I could only reattach the lamp through the existing holes in the sheetrock.

When I explained this to the manager, he insisted that I "broke" the lamp, and he threatened to call the police if I did not fix it again. So I remounted it again while another employee was gathering the sheets and towels. As soon as I let go of the lamp, it tilted away from the wall. This is how I left the lamp.

I have pictures to prove that the lamp was not installed correctly, and I have a video of the other employee confirming that I tried to remount the lamp.

I would not recommend this dump to anyone. Do not stay here. If you do, I guarantee you...
