FYI: I posted a very genuine review of this company a couple months ago before I left the country and š¤£the owner apparently responded, I saw a partial view of it when google sent it to my email. From now I will turn off notifications from these kinds of businesses. Anyway We were there one day and found bed bugs. Period! Disgusting! I will not be reading the rest of their rubbish response as they are unprofessional and have no class. PLEASE read other peoples 1&2star reviews about this hotels bed bug problem and other staff issues. Trust those as we all know how people pay for reviews nowadays.
My original review 3months ago! Bringing this hotel to this lovely community was a mistake. Starting with the elderly caucasian lady they have at the front desk who says sheās 6 percent owner. And her niece who was very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to stay while on a long term vacation. I came here as Iām vacation for a couple months and didnāt look at reviews first. Well I booked for two month in a one bed Queen room the first night we woke up and saw bed bugs every where. I reported it and the 6percent owner moved us into a larger room and transferred a chair that was in the small room to the larger. At a discount..for the first monthš well it wasnāt a discount as she constantly became a nuisance: prying into my husbands travel plans , complaining about the equipment noise coming from our use of the workout room like we can control the machines squeaking from not being up to par. The workout room doesnāt have a door. So what did she expect. š¤·š½āāļø Ants were in the bathroom coming from the back of toilet. Oh and Remember the chair she had brought into the larger roomā¦from the bed bugs room 314. She asked my husband what are we using the chair for ?? Lol he laughed and said sitting. All the housekeepers were Awesome and professional and completely overworked and under paid. Thatās why we tipped every single cleaning day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BASED ON THE MANAGEMENT AND THE LACK OF RESPECT THEY HAVE FOR THE CUSTOMERS. Our next visit back to the states will stay at...

My room was clean for the most part in which I did my own house cleaning. The security may show up on certain days, Iāve even had the pleasure of watching him be a sleep in his vehicle as I come in from doing a late shift or call..people that stay here are long term party goers!! Kids playing football in the parking area this is straight ghetto..avoid this place at all cost..shouts out to the wonderful manager Sherry who did her absolute best to be accommodating as possible. Val needs to get it together and do better with taking care of her clients she never had an issue receiving her weekly payment of 455$..but I always seem to have issues in getting good service. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a 6 month old hotel....so it's very new. Overall, it's a decent hotel with nice kitchenettes and sizeable bathrooms. Overall it's clean.Nice staff, but guest rules need to be enforced. It's supposed to be a smoke free hotel, yet the residents definitely smoke in the rooms. The halls smelled of weed and the rooms next to us had smokers. I had to go to the local CVS to get glade plug-ins to diffuse the smell. The hotel needs to invest in better mattresses too. Our sleep was ok...but would have been more comfortable with a better mattress. At least there was a nice flatscreen tv in the room. This hotel has potential to be great with better traffic. They need to invest in better guest towels, mattresses and change the extended stay policy that lets people live for weeks & months! I think people live there for sure....but I do appreciate them helping people that may need time to make a transition to permanent living. If you take Uber or lyft, its hard for them to find the hotel because its across a bridge, behind a huge storage building, and on a road off the main roads. I ubered my whole 3 days on GA and My drivers all got lost. My stay was not BAD....but definitely could have...
