On Saturday 4/3/2021 approximately 645pm I placed and order through the app for pickup. Got my email confirmation with the pick up time so I headed to the store location to pick up my order. Got to the location and the doors were locked with a real estate key box on the front door. Contacted corporate via phone only to find out that they are not taking any calls and all customer issues are by email only. I figured that my money would be credited back to my account and the payment that was showing as only authorized wouldn’t actually post in my bank account. Wrong again. They processed the payment and took my money!!! Still haven’t heard anything from “corporate customer service“. I’ve really been on hard times as of lately and I used money from the little that I do have to try and get a healthy meal. But it ended up putting me in a tuff situation. Read moreIf I could give this store a negative 1000 rating I would. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen IN MY LIFE. Coming from a person like me who works in customer service everyday that says a lot. The young girls who work there in the evenings are so rude. They have no business working in a service oriented field. They don’t even ask you how can they help you. She said what you want on this!! HONEST TO GOD. I just left because one thing I will not do is spend my hard earned money in a place that employs people who either doesn’t know how to speak proper English or just refuses to. I will not be back and I will tell everyone to never come there. It’s sad that you would rather lose money than train your employees. It all leads back to one thing and that’s poor management.... Read moreTerribly dismissive attitude from one of your employees! We were in a great mood when we walked in. When i politely made a comment about one of the employees smiling she rolled her eyes, looked away, and said "sir, i'm going to let her take care of you ok." There were three of us and nothing else going on in the store at the time stopping her from helping as well. I honestly feel discriminated against and will NOT give my money to a business that will permit this kind of behavior! Respond with a name and number i can call if this isn't acceptable in your store. I will NOT be back while she still works there! Check your cameras, thiis was less than ten minutes before this post.
