I saw this restaurant on a delivery app. I saw some dumplings on tv this day and was craving some. I have never had food from this restaurant but the reviews were decent. I ordered the Pan Fried Potstickers and Dry Fried Eggplant. Dry Fried Eggplant (Spicy) as: Dried chili peppers, scallions, cilantro, Sichuan spices. I was pleasantly surprised with this dish. It was crispy fried eggplant with a little sauce on the bottom. The flavor blooms in your mouth with just a little kick. The cilantro and chili flakes are the star of this dish. I will most definitely order this again. Fried Potstickers: (8) ground chicken & veggies stuffed in dumpling noodle. These were so good but you have to heat them up. The sauce comes with it is bomb! I have no idea what it's called but it just makes you want to keep dipping. Loved the dish There are more pics of dishes on this lost because my daughter went to this place the same day and brought home some more items off the menu. I liked everything. Some portions are small though.

Walked over from Home2 through AMC lot. Would not do that after dark. Hao is more of a take out than a restaurant. You order at the counter and grab a table. They do bring the food to the table however it is packaged the same as togo. Foam plates, plastic utensils and condiments are provided. We had Crab&Cheese Wontons, Hot n Sour Soup, General Shrimp and Teriyaki Chicken, both with fried rice, along with drinks for $45. The food was hot and good but overall just average. No different than a food court in a mall. Soup was good albeit a tad salty. Shrimp breading was soggy and thin. Chicken was just a little on the dry side. The taste was good. The Crab & Cheese wontons (crab rangoon) was very good. The place was clean for a basic industrial space.

I tried this place for a lunch break hoping to score a new lunch location . Overall the food was great . The egg drop soup probably some of the best I’ve ever tasted and the spring rolls and egg rolls were crispy and fresh . I had the generals chicken and if all my meal it was my least favorite the flavor was ok I’d say but the main issue was tough chicken . It was eatable and not the worst I’ve ever had but not near the top either . With that said the atmosphere was ok but seems like the place even though has seats for dining in really set up for take out as all your food comes out in a to-go bag and all boxed up as if you were eating to-go . So overall I would eat it again maybe try something else but not quite my gotta have go to place

I’m a local chef who enjoys spending her down time trying different restaurants. After searching for decent Chinese food near me, I decided to give Hao’s a try after reading some of the reviews.

I ordered sesame chicken, fried rice, pork egg rolls, as well as crab and cheese wontons. While the price was pretty good based on the portion size, my food was terrible. Instead of sesame chicken I received slimy, wet pieces of what can best be described as “puffs” of chicken topped with a light sprinkle of sesame seeds. Despite the seeds being present, there was absolute no sauce visible on the meat. I would later discover the sauce under the chicken, as if it had been spooned into the bottom of the container, and the chicken laid on top of it. The sauce itself was very thin and light in color. Nothing like that deep brown, sticky sauce that sesame chicken is known for. My crab and cheese wontons were all wonton. No crab or cheese. In fact, the wontons didn’t appear to be wontons either as they weren’t formed or pinched shut. They moreso resembled eggroll wrappers that had been diagonally cut and folded. I would have been ok with that if there was more than the “essence” of crab and cheese present. The rice tastes like it had been fried too long, way too toasted for soy or any...

Every I time I come into this place there's always someone at the cash register with a piss poor attitude. I have read the reviews about this place and also have heard from my own friends that the food here is disgusting and the customer service is even worse. One person told me that she stopped going there because the customer service was so bad, but I like to keep an open mind so I went anyway and come to find out the reviews and comments were all TRUE. I went in and ordered the Braised Wings with Shrimp Fried Rice, when I went to take my wings out the container to mix the sauce with the rice I find a bug in my food. So I call back to the restaurant to inform the cashier and she had AGAIN the worst attitude, she acted as if they get these type of complaints all of the time. She didn't apologize or anything, she informed me that I would have to come in and let the manager take care of that. I don't know her name, I know she has short red hair. I mean come on, you can't have bugs in your food and bad customer service. I will not be eating here again, and I will be sure to let anyone I come in contact with not...
