I have used their services several time before, on this recent visit the nail technician wasn't able to perform his job. He had shared that he had been away for awhile dealing with the care of his mother, so I gave him extra tolerance as it was obviously that he just couldn't do the job, I overly tip as I usually do as to show that I support and enjoy the care. The service of my pedicure was awful, I was hoping that this other Technician was back off of her vacation so I went back to see could the $91.00 service I paid for could be repaired., My total bill was $91. 00 plus $15.00 tip, a total of $106.00 The seviving coordinator made a open floor scene and the employee escalated their disrespect among talking loud, and to include speaking in their natural form 😳 One of the employee came and toss to me their menue card to show me that it says you have 3 days to come back, where initial when I called before coming I was told come on in they would fix it, the coordinator supervisor said after 7 days when I walked in, I returnedon the 6th day. What I find most insulting is I have tipped on various times as much as $25.00 + $10.00 in tips along a total of $35.00, using the same technician in other words they know me. I felt soooo insulted and ashamed. The customer near me shared with me how she couldn't belive their attitude and rudness. I was skeptical because of the other reviews! This place is welcoming, friendly and efficient!! I came for a gel pedicure and gel full set. I was seated and they gave me different options for pedicures. I went with the Jelly pedicure because it’s Mother’s Day weekend so I decided to splurge a bit. It was worth it. While I was getting my pedicure someone was doing my full set! I was literally in and out and everyone was friendly and cracking jokes.
