CROOKS! I purchased online a leather couch and loveseat online. They do not tell you it is out of stock. They have everything listed as available. Once I purchased the items of course I received a receipt via email. Then I get a call saying one couch will be ready in one week and the loveseat would be ready in June. I was upset considering I ordered April 19th and my husband and I were moving May 1st. Heather did offer a refund and for me to pick something else out. Well of course I didn't want to pick anything else out and face the same problem since they don't tell you if it's in stock or not on the website. Who has one couch ready and the other loveseat not available when it comes in a set??? Well I went ahead and agreed thinking 30 days was not too bad. Well May 3rd my husband and I found something better and we could take home same day. So I called asking for a refund. The manager said sure we can have a refund but would be charged a 25 percent restocking fee!!! Not wanting to lose out on the 25 percent I went ahead and went to go pick up the one couch that was ready. When I arrived they showed up to the pick up dock with a small box on a dolly!!! I couldn't believe how a full size couch could be in that small box. So not only do they have availability on their website but they don't tell you it is self assembly!!! I went to their location asking them to be ethical and to put themselves in my shoes. To refund my money. He said he doesn't have to disclose availability not does he have to disclose the fact that it is self assembly! I could not believe that he had no sense of customer satisfaction or customer service. No empathy nothing. He just didn't care. He said we have to pay a restocking fee on a couch that was in a box when the loveseat would not be ready until June. Then he said it wasn't June it was July!! I could not believe it. I would never agree to anything in July. I ate the restocking fee of 117 bucks and took my business elsewhere. Ordered a bedroom set over the phone back in June from Trish while I was still making the move back to Texas. I found some furniture I was interested in on their website and Facebook page. She took detailed pictures of the items I was interested in and texted them to me. Smooth transaction, on time delivery and the furniture was as described and in excellent condition!

I purchased living room furniture from a nationwide chain furniture store that is up my way back in June that didn't go as smooth as my bedroom purchase with Furniture Market did.....see my review of said furniture company.
I called Trish last week and let her know I was interested in a leather living room set that I saw on their Facebook page and in person a month ago at their store. She told me they just got a shipment of said items in and that I could pick them up the same day or have them delivered to me in a couple of days when they made the trip up my way, which is 70 miles away. She also sent me detailed pictures and dimensions of the items to confirm everything would fit where I wanted to put it in my living room.
Fast forward a few days later and I'm relaxing in beautiful powered leather living room furniture.
Awesome customer service, delivery and beautiful quality furniture at an amazing price!!!!
