La Mexicana Market — Local services in Austin

I should be giving these guys a 5 star! the food is awesome and so is the market. The staff is pleasant and easy to get along with. I generally do not have an issue here but today the music was blasting and no one see to care enough to lower the sound. The folks that were ordering food were yelling. I asked twice to lower the volume and no one did. I came her to eat food not to listen to loud music. I am not offended by the type of music, but the volume. Please make it background music. I am hard press to bring fellow workers to eat here if we can't hear each other talk. ...

I have been blessed to move into a New 55 & Up Complex that is 1/2 a mile from Runberg. It is interesting how much things can change in a short distance. However...It have been forced to ride my bike again because: My Car Shut Down. 😒

However: I realize there is so much going on over here & I am beginning To Appreciate The Hispanic Vibe & All They Bring To The Neighborhood Which I Am Grateful To Witness. 🌿 I actually will go into this store, the complex & get back to you.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. She was rude did not speak acted like she did not want to touch my money and did not give me a receipt. Did not say bye just looked at me like leave folded her arms I would not advise anyone to go here when I was leaving I was told that several people complained about bad service. Called in and was left on hold to speak to a manager for over 10 minutes while they talked and laughed in the background and never returned...
