Food is great, but the lack of communication is horrible the customer service is terrible know i do not meant the people that cook the food but the person that placed in my order. I went there today, 3/11/2018 to get me and my coworker some food. My coworker had ordered our food thru the phone and I asked for one quesadilla with a drink and my coworker for a Rico burger with a drink. Both were combos and even the lady on the other end of the phone had repeated our order with the drinks included and said it would be done in about 10 minutes. So in 10 minutes, I got there and the lady told me that both orders did not come with the drink and had to pay separate to get something to drink. This location is awful! Terrible customer service, no salsa bar, male manager is rude. I’m disappointed every time I go to this location, which is saying a lot bc I love Pollo Rico. This most recent time my husband ordered fries at 9:30pm. They refused to make the fries bc they close at 10. By the time he was able to complain to a manager at 9:50, the manager said they only make fries until 9:45. My husband explained he tried to order 15 min before 9:45.
