We arrived for a two-week stay and checked in. When booking, no one mentioned a no-cooking policy, but at check-in, we were required to sign an agreement prohibiting cooking in the room. Unable to afford dining out for two weeks, I canceled the reservation but had to stay two nights. Upon retrieving our luggage, we discovered there was no elevator, forcing us to carry everything up two flights of stairs. At 60 with COPD, this was impossible. We returned to the front desk and requested a ground-floor room, which was provided. The room seemed adequate for a short stay, but it was stale. The air conditioner was running, but the stale smell clearly came from it, and we had to stuff tissue inside because it rattled so loudly. I kept my gun nearby while sleeping due to safety concerns. The neighboring room’s door was open, and our room’s main door showed signs of being pried open with a crowbar, with a broken lock. Exhausted, we stayed anyway. The bathroom was cramped, with the toilet nearly touching the tub. The walls were filthy, a dirty tissue was left in the nightstand drawer, and the bedspreads were stained. The advertised “hot breakfast” was misleading—just a self-serve waffle iron with a continental spread, not a proper hot meal. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Avoid this place.

If I could give 0 I would. Was given a room with BED BUGS! When I went down to the desk to tell the clerk he proceeded to say “come back in five minutes for the new shift change so he can handle it” so we had to wait. After a few minutes he came to the room to “double check because there was no way” where he walked into the room with the trapped bug on the table. We were then moved to a new room where shortly after we were relocated AGAIN due to it already being booked. In no way are these rooms cleaned from the smell of smoke, mildew, and literal bugs around. Do not recommend when there are other places around for the same price, if not cheaper, and with way cleaner rooms.

It was horrible! There was no lock on the door because prior to our stay, someone had busted the door open with a crow bar and the lock was busted and only half there. The door to the adjacent room was open and there was no lock on that door either. There were black scuff marks on the walls. Only one way upstairs was up two flights of steps with no elevator and heavy luggage. Impossible at 60 years old. Days they have a hot breakfast, but it was strictly continental, except for the waffle. It was horrible. We only stayed two nights of the 14 booked nights until we found another place to stay the rest of our vacay. Do not waste your time or money!

The lodging was exactly what was needed, a place to sleep. However, it was not clean and uncomfortable.

Upon walking into the front door lobby, the room was filled with an aroma of spices and food. It was a strong pungent smell. There is a restaurant connected to the building, so I imagine it came from the Indian food. I love Indian food, but was quite taken back from the aroma when walking in.

Next, I called in ahead of time and paid for the room using my credit card. The charge went through and was verified on my bank app as 'pending'. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk mentioned that the phone call billing was an 'authorization', and not an actual charge. So he swiped my card again. Then, he cancelled the transaction and confirmed with an employee that the transaction was correct. Upon verifying it as correct, he asked me to swipe again. So, for a single night, I paid 189.01 x 3. All three charges appeared on my credit card as 'pending', which ran up my balance by the total (567.03). I knew that I would have to monitor the situation and deal with it over the next few days to resolve two of these pending charges and expunge them from my credit balance.

After that interaction at the front desk, I walked up the carpeted stairs. They were stained and very dirty. The walls in the stairway were smudged and dirty. I arrive to my room and the hallway still smelled of spices. The aroma permeated throughout the hall and into the rooms. Upon entering the room, everything looked clean until closer inspection. The sheets were stained yellow. They were either not properly cleaned or have not been washed. It was clearly urine, or other bodily fluids that I dont even want to think about. Luckily, I have been traveling from California so I had clean sheets in the car. I used those and the pillows instead of the ones provided in the room.

The room itself was a king with a pullout couch bed. I thought great, my parents can take the main bed and I can use the pullout bed. I pulled out the bed from the couch and it was horrific. It was stained yellow and black. I immediately reverted the bed back into the couch. As I mentioned before, I have been traveling so I have clean sheets and pillows in the car. I went downstairs to grab them all the while being punched by pungent aroma and returned to the room. I placed my sheets over the couch coushins and used my own pillow. I slept comfortably.

I would highly recommend someone to consider sleeping at a different location, or even in their car before considering this place.

I dont ever write reviews or provide feedback like this at all, but for this location I felt the need to provide my comments. I, who have travelled quite a bit, have never encountered something as repulsive as this place. I hope that these comments serve to improve the cleanliness of...

Check in was ok, bathroom tub was dirty, looked like someone had just gotten out of it sprayed it with cleaner and left to dry without cleaning. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk the woman's immediate response was I will be happy to refund your money if you would like to go somewhere else or you can see if another room is clean, I go to the next room to see if it was better, it wasn't, the light was so dim in the bathroom I needed my light from my phone to check the bathroom, the tub was even dirtier than my room, tell woman at the desk she sends me to another room. Third room not only has a dirty bathroom, the shower curtain had this huge nasty looking stain on it and the room stunk like someone had been smoking in it. By this time I am very unhappy, front desk staff proceeds to try and send me searching for rooms on another floor I explained that I didn't have time for room inspections and that this incident was causing me to run late for an event I was attending. I asked that they just refund me half of my room fee because it was too late for me to look for another hotel, I was running late for my event and even if they would have refunded me my money it would have taken days to get back because I paid with a credit card. She refused to give me half back instead she says the manager told her to either refund me my money to go somewhere else or go clean the bathroom in another room and have me move and the whole time I am talking to her she is ignoring the big pile of food crumbs on the counter, I didn't have time for either so my fiance ended up cleaning the bathroom so that we could hurry up and get ready for our night. I thought I morning would be better, it wasn't, breakfast was over at 9:30 check out at 11, while at breakfast I see they have sausage that looked half cooked with no sign to say pork or turkey, I ask which is it because I don't eat pork she checks and comes back and says both. I asked who mixes both pork and turkey together she sarcastically says I don't know brown and serve I guess. Skip the sausage and go to get a cup for juice, it has hair stuck to the outside and some black stuff stuck to the inside. This was the worse experience by far and I really wish I could have gone somewhere else. I will never...

Booked king room for $51/night on second floor. Upon arrival at 2pm, the lady informed us there were no second floor king rooms but offered us one on first floor. It was a jacuzzi room which surprised us that they would give us that at the $51rate. Around 7pm someone knocked on the door but we didn't answer since we were awoken from a nap. At 8pm, the lady called and said our room was ready, which made no sense, so we went to the front desk and asked what was going on. She said we were in a higher rate room but she would explain it to the manager and we would only be charged the $51/night rate. Sun at checkout I asked for a receipt and we were charged at the higher rate for the jacuzzi room which we never agreed to. She even had a note beside the original agreement saying we did agree to it, which means she was simply trying to cover her screwup and lies. We later contacted the manager who hung up on us. If we wanted a jacuzzi room, it certainly wouldn't be with this dump of a hotel with rude staff.

Update..... These guys are about as crooked as they come. They lie better then they tell the truth. This issue has been made known to the BBB, the attorney general and the credit card company. The manager keeps changing the story each time. Someone who speaks truth doesn’t change the story. Now he says we wanted an elevator. We are bikers and hikers and opt for stairs at hotels before ever taking an elevator. Lol.....Manager?! It’s not even about the money now. It’s about wasting as much of the manager’s time as possible. At least I have that satisfaction. This dump can’t shut down soon enough🤣

Update....we proved to the credit card company that these guys were lying and we won. So fair warning to those who read this....there are other hotels within a stones throw that are far superior to the likes of this. We visit this area frequently and had they been an ethical organization, we may have continued using their services. But we have found other hotels locally that are much cleaner, friendlier and most...
