Good, but.... Clean and comfortable rooms and beds, especially for this price. I would absolutely recommend this place. The breakfast was plentyful... waffles, eggs, bacon, toast, bagel, cereals, joghurts. Of course juice, coffee, milk and hot water. I would wish for more healthy options to put on your pancakes (like more fruit/berry varieties) and the breakfast buffet area was cramped into a small corner. 3 people in there makes it crowded. Looks like a nice pool area outside in summer, sadly we stopped there in April.

This place was so disgusting and no one should be staying at it. We not only had BLOOD on our curtains we had black mold growing in our closet and there where stains and fluids all over the room as seen in the photos. We where offered two new rooms that where nicer but still terrible the first one smell of literal death and the other room just had stains still everywhere. I 100% do not recommend. Yes we did get a refund but still this place seemed like outta a horror movie

Horrible, disgusting unsanitary conditions. Comforters were filthy, AC didn't work, tv didnt work, receptionist tried to charge me more to switch to a room with working AC and fridge. Horrible experience. I had to be a maid and clean/sanitize. I wasted money and am extremely upset. During these times cleanliness is extremely important. I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone. Discomfort inn .....

The management staff is inept and/or the cleaning staff is a bunch of thieves. We stayed there one night, passing through on our way West. We rented two rooms and were using multiple cars on our journey (caravan-style trip). Our daughter and son left later than we did, but forgot a very nice blanket that they had purchased that day and a few other personal items (photos that were left on a night stand).

My daughter called the front desk about three hours into their journey on the morning we checked out; this was way before any cleaning crew would have ever begun cleaning rooms, because we left very early in the morning to continue driving. The night manager said she would let the cleaning crew know about the forgotten items, but when my daughter called later that day, nobody had a clue what she was talking about. By that time, the blanket was either stolen or thrown away, because nothing ever ended up in the lost and found bin. The many subsequent calls never resulted in any information on the blanket's whereabouts.

Needless to say, we were very disappointed. We would have been happy to have paid postage to get our items back, but we never even got that far. The items were either stolen by the cleaning crew and never reported to hotel management, or the hotel management never provided any information to the cleaning crew regarding the items. Either way, it's a pretty shoddy way to do business and shows how much they care about their guests ... very little or not at all.

On a related note, seeing as I'm providing a review, the rooms were small, but we didn't care all that much, because we were just passing through. We arrived somewhat early, so we decided to hang out at the pool, because it was a beautiful day. Unfortunately, the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There were a lot of dead bugs, leaves, and a scummy film floating on top of the water, and dirt and a lot of dead leaves laying at the bottom of the pool. It didn't look like they had the pool running at all, as much of this gunk would have been picked up by the filter. Because of the pool's condition, we didn't bother swimming at all. Besides, a couple of guys showed up, cracked open a couple 12-packs of beer, and started smoking upwind from us. The loud music and wafting cigarette smoke sort of killed any desire for us to stay by the pool.

This place might work for the occasional trucker, but not so much for a family. There's little to see or do in the area, so you're much better off finding some place nicer. My advice ......

Where do I begin? The first room was dirty, stains on the duvet cover, sheets, pillow cases, towels. The weather stripping on the door leading outside was ripped and exposed the bottom of the door to the outside. Left the room for a bit, came back to it and the keycard would not work so we could get our bag, went to the front office where they "fixed" the card, went back up to get into the room still wouldnt work. Called the staff they came and opened the door and moved our room. Noticed housekeepings sheet was in the room, which made us question why were they in there when we just checked in that day. Got to the second room which had no mini fridge, but atleast the sheets were clean. We went to bed for a couple hours before traveling back home, but were awaken in the night by other guests trying to enter the room, the staff never changed in their systems that they moved us, good thing we locked the deadbolt because the handle lock clearly didnt work. Staff then came knocking on the door after that to ask what our names were to put us in the system. Very unprofessional. Honestly not worth the 1 star review. Not to mention the woman who checked us in was sick, like runny nose sick and its COVID so was NOT impressed with that by any means. Will never...

The worst hotel that I had stayed in my life. I have a special needs child, we came from 10 hours driving. First impression the lobby looked nice. But when we went to the room. It smelled like cigarettes. Also we found an used soap bar in the bath tub and dirty towels behind the bathroom door and on top of the sink. I asked the front desk to change our room. She told me to wait 2-3 minutes so she could check for availability. We waited 38 minutes in the room, so I went to the front desk. To find nobody there. Waited 10 more minutes, when she came I told her that I wanted to cancel, she got really nervous and offered to walk with me so I can pick the room that I wanted. I was so upset and exhausted and I just wanted to give my son a bath and to take a shower and sleep. I refused. I needed to go to the hotel front door and pay double for an amazing room that offered me clean and safe environment for my special need son. Obviously I received what I paid for but with this Covid-19 situation even a homeless shelter Im pretty sure that is cleaner that this hotel. This is not a family friendly...
