5/26/2021 I was at the store patiently waiting since 5am for the store to open at 5:30 as posted online and in the front door. 5:30 hits and I get out of my vehicle to enter the store as I see what turns out to b an employee laying on the ground in front of the door. She leans forward and says "where not open yet " I look at my watch and it's 5:32. I asked " when will you open. She replied " whenever the MANAGER gets here" I walked back to my truck and waited for a little while. MANAGER pulls up LATE. I get out...there's another customer waiting outside and one on the drive through. At 5:45 they start serving people on the drive through but are yet to open the doors even though I'm standing outside CLEARLY VISIBLE. At 5:50 I decided to walk around to the drive through window where they had no choice but to serve me my coffee and they did with a slight attitude as if me wanting to get my coffee and leave was a problem. This is all NOT such a big deal. But appart from the fact that is a weekday and we all have a job to go to... as a business owner with a great work ethic, THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. You cannot have a business ran by a manager that is there 10 minutes after the employees. Someone needs to check...
Read moreSo the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of three or even four is because they don't answer the phone when I call them to address the issue instead of making it public in the past several times me and my girlfriend would go there every day are drinks would be watery even though we would ask for an extra shot in each it's almost like if you ask for an extra shot they add more oat milk I don't know but I know that when I go to any other Starbucks and ask for an extra shot it is much more flavorful so today I go there I asked the woman in the window if she was the manager she said yes then asked me if I had any feedback I said not now because I wanted to see how my drinks were made this time so as I'm driving down the road my drink tastes watery even though I ordered an extra shot so I called them to address it no answer like usual so now I'm leaving this pathetic review I never leave bad reviews but after coming to this place for a month and thinking that maybe it's just new trainees but now today the manager is there I now think it is just simply how they are told to make the drinks. You shouldn't be paying $7 for a drink with an extra shot of espresso that tastes watery every other Starbucks I've ever gone...
Read moreSo i go to Starbucks at around 12 in the afternoon when i get there there is about 5 cars in front of me (no problem) i get up to the screen to order my normal (venti green tea ice latte, soy milk no classic 3 pumps of SF vanilla) and bacon egg bites = $10.30 (no problem) i finally get to the window and i give the guy at the window $50.30 he then ask did i have any smaller bills i told him no thats all i had he then proceeded to say i will have to give you rolled change i asked how much and he said pretty much all of it! i told him no thanks he handed me my money back and said have a good day… My issue is that if you know you cannot provide change or change for a 50 why not let the customer know before ordering so they are not wasting there time or have the option to provide another payment method before they wait in line with 5 cars in-front of them just to have to pull off with nothin after getting to the window! Hell even having a sign, and tbh i find it hard to believe that a starbucks that stays open 24 hours or even a Starbucks that has been open since at minimum 7am does have $40 in bills to provide change. so...
