Casa Dior — Hotel in Aventura

BE AWARE!!! This is a vacation rental managed by Eden Villas. Booked a 4 night stay directly and no response about the return of my $500 REFUNDABLE deposit! If you've booked airbnb w/o messaging the host, they probably will need a reason to keep it, which we did not leave a reason. We didn't leave any trash, food, or drinks behind. Regretfully my kid left an iPad & was told it was found/ retrieved by the cleaner only to later come up missing (tracked to an address & law enforcement will be notified) after trying to get it & sending the address several times for shipping. I understand that it's not their responsibility, but I did not return to the residence unannounced & immediately notified them respectfully. We tried the entire week just to simply pick it up while in town then 3 weeks trying to get the deposit. Just flat out keeping people's hard earned money is unprofessional and...

Alquilamos esta casa con la intención de descansar y pasar unos días tranquilos, pero la experiencia fue todo lo contrario. Desde que llegamos, no paraban de escribirnos. En serio parecía que tenían un ojo en cada rincón. Nos sentimos vigilados todo el tiempo, como si estuviéramos en Gran Hermano.

Las cámaras por todas partes no ayudaban: cero privacidad. No podíamos ni poner música a volumen normal ni tener una conversación sin que nos llegara un mensaje de advertencia.

En vez de relajarnos, estábamos tensos, como si estuviéramos a punto de romper una regla todo el tiempo. Si buscas un lugar donde te dejen ser humano, este no es.

Definitivamente no repetiría. Vacaciones son para disfrutarlas, no para sentir que estás en arresto...
