Camerich Aventura — Local services in Aventura

I would not work with this business and would not recommend it to a friend! They are “cheep thinking” and just waste of time to work with. I found this store and was initially happy to see their designs and good prices.

Ordered a bed that they had in warehouse but not in store, I was told it will be light grey.

1. When delivery people arrived they refused to bring it to the second floor. Good that I had someone to help.
2. when they left and I came back to check bed was not as described, it was taupe with beige leather and didn’t go with my design. It looked even worse in the evening.

I sent messages and emails with multiple pictures to the store and they seamed to work with me, so I kept emailing them pictures and videos. It just really didn’t go with just finished remodeling we did and it wasn’t grey tone as in the invoice or picture.

So after several emails they told me that won’t take it back cause it’s a waste of time for them and it’s assembled (still in plastic) and that I should change lighting and wall colors to make it look better 😂 I just finished a huge remodeling!!! Michell from Aventura store knew it… She didn’t think to offer me another bed or help out in any way, even if I had to pay for both. Just wasted my time with pictures and videos! Movers and etc… Great design advice, to change my home to accommodate the ugly bed. Donating it! Don’t waste your time with...

I agree with all customers who have had a terrible experience. It starts with the owner Andrea and trickles down. The store and owner will never admit to any wrong doing, despite delivering broken furniture. They will leave the broken pieces at your door and order the drivers to leave immediately when you say you will not sign for or receive a broken piece of furniture. They will promise a new piece at a later date, only to take it back and do a cheap fix on on the broken item. Their word means nothing, compliance of new goods and order is something they do not care about and becomes the customers problem and they lack accountability and viable and acceptable solutions for their lack of professionalism and expertise. Do not waste your time with this store which is only smoke and mirrors and avoid yourself having to deal with the owner who will not admit to her associates wrongdoings or quality of new items.
