Words cannot describe how scary booking through a travel agency can be. It was my first time doing something like this but Samuel Tryzmel over at Luxury Cruise Connections made the whole process a breeze.

Firstly, if you use Luxury Cruise Connections you should have no fear, their agents are extremely professional, kind and above all helpful. Their knowledge on the ships and amenities is incredible and they will help you find what is best for you while respecting your budget.

Next part of the process is the down payment, throughout this entire process I never felt worried like I was being scammed and the proof of the reservation showed up on the Celebrity's website, I could see my booking there and knew it real. I just completed my final payment for my upcoming Cruise in November and this entire process has been smooth, flexible and great. I have had several issues with the reservation and each was addressed quickly and promptly by the LCC. Huge shoutout to Samuel who was super patient with me and my constantly changing needs.

Lastly is the final payment, and just like the the down payment, there is no fear or anxiety. After locking in that final payment the process is complete.

From start to finish, you will feel taken care of by LLC and I highly recommend them to any nervous or apprehensive travelers. They offer some amazing deals with OBC so enjoy a little extra spending credit and let them assist and plan your next vacation!

I also want to note they do offer additional services through their concierge team, I didn't use these services but they can support and help with booking travel insurance and flights and even hotel reservations. I didn't use them this time but I just might for future trips.

I have been working with Roger Powe at Luxury Cruise Connections for the past decade or so and have consistently been impressed with his attentiveness and attention to detail. He finds every deal possible for the cruises we are looking for and does a wonderful job of finding the vacation that suits our tastes. This really isn't a review for a specific vacation or cruise booked, but more of one reflecting continuing excellence over 20+ cruises and a number of other vacations.

We rely heavily on Roger's knowledge of the industry and the internals of the cruise lines. Any time we have an issue with something as we are boarding or following a cruise, we get in touch with Roger and he works through the cruise line to ensure everything is made right. More often than not, however, the vacation is perfect from the time we get to the pier to the time we get back home

When our kids were old enough to vacation Roger guided us in finding cruises that would best accommodate our young ones and as they have grown and gotten older, that guidance has evolved with their ages and preferences.

Even during the COVID shutdown (and subsequent slow restart of 2021), he was a constant source of information regarding when and how cruises may resume and helped us prepare for our vacation as soon as cruising resumed.

I really can't say enough about Roger Powe and hope that he continues to be our "go-to" guy when we need to get away. I can't imagine booking a vacation...

We booked our European river cruise in August of 2024 through Luxury Cruise Connections.

There were some stringent parameters presented due to some physical challenges. Shawn Reilly, Luxury Cruise & Travel Specialist, researched the type of cruise that would be best for us and came back strongly suggesting AMA Waterways. Our experience on our river cruise was amazing. Everything from the cabin, cleanliness, level of service, food, activities, excursions and intimacy with the other guests on the AMA Waterways ship was spectacular.

Shawn’s knowledge, guidance and demeanor made the pre-cruise experience that much more enjoyable. He maintained constant contact with us over the nine months until we left for our vacation. Shawn followed up with us a few days after our return home to get our feedback. Every step of the way, Mr. Reilly demonstrated the white glove service he provides to his customers.

Juan Carlos Pinzon Millan, Concierge Specialist, was always available and quick to respond to our questions. He made certain we were well informed about travel insurance, the various excursions offered, and dining experiences.

I rarely write reviews but feel when accolades are due, it is only appropriate to acknowledge both of these gentlemen. They are true professionals at their craft. We will definitely contact them for future cruises and gladly refer them to...
