Sadly I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a non custom piece 2 months prior to xmas, not only did I not receive it, but they did not respond to my emails but clearly saw them and canceled the order after xmas, but did not issue a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact and no resolution or responses. They delete negative comments on social media from others with the same issue. OMG OMG beyond thrilled with this purchase. I bought a custom diamond name ring in yellow gold. Very meaningful piece and the quality did not disappoint. Nice thick band to avoid bending. Skeptical when ordering online but exactly as pictured, if not better than pictured. Very impressed with quality care production time delivery time and beautiful packaging. Worth every penny.
