I don't know where to start with our experience! It was the best experience we have shared overall with a purchase of any kind!! First let me start with Ashlee. She is not only the sweetest and caring person, but a very driven saleswoman ever!! We started with her on black Friday when we found our dream mattress and frame which we could not afford at that particular time. We told her we were going to wait even though we wanted it that very minute! She told us she would research to find a better deal, possibly at a warehouse and it would take some time which we agreed to. She stayed in constant touch with us over several weeks with her findings. She was determined to make us happy! Well, to our amazement, this girl went above and beyond with her research and found us the exact same perfect bed at a lower price!!!! We cannot thank her enough!!!! She is an absolute asset to the Mattress Firm company and in our books, there are not enough stars to rate this woman! She worked closely with the store manager, Nick, who helped us (in Ashlee's absence) with finalizing our purchase. He was already aware of our situation and the deal that Ashlee had in place, so our transaction was smooth and painless. He walked us through the entire process so there was no questions, concerns and/or confusion. He is kind, informative and compassionate....yet another top quality asset to the Mattress Firm company! Hi, I was ordered mattress. I didn’t receive a week already. I didn’t receive a mattress. I didn’t receive money back. I want to report address of 1906 Street Rd., Benzel, PA 19020. These guys are so rude. They joking with me, they laughing at me. They didn’t send me mattress. They scheduled to deliver Monday on June 2 and they reschedule again to Thursday, June 5. I was waiting at home all day on June 5, they didn’t bring me a mattress and I go to the store the store guy same thing they didn’t resolve my problem. They didn’t give me any solution instead of giving me a solution. They cancel my order and they said the money will be back to your account, but I didn’t receive money and I didn’t tell him to cancel it. I didn’t give him a permission to cancel it he didn’t ask me and just canceled the order. I need a mattress and I need a mattress immediately they joking with me almost a week. I want to report the store and store manager, especially store. Manager is always laughing at the customers That’s crazy unprofessional...

Big thanks to Nick at Mattress Firm. I stopped in yesterday to purchase a bigger mattress for my wife and I. Stepping inside I could see right away that the store was very busy, but I was very impressed with how Nick managed to help many different customers at the same and keep everyone informed and happy. When the time came to go over mattresses one on one, Nick was very knowledgeable and got me in exactly what I needed. I felt zero sales pressure from him and I was very pleased at the fact that he did not attempt to up sell me, rather making sure I got what I needed for a fair price. Once I chose which would be best for me, Nick was very accommodating for my financial needs and we agreed on a great deal in which I believe is very fair.
