Long Review but worth the read if you plan on purchasing and having it delivered to your home. First off this is no reflection on the people who work at the Ashley Furniture store in Bensalem. Our purchase went smoothly and the day before delivery I received a text message to confirm delivery from 12-4pm the following day (Saturday). Ashley Furniture outsources their delivery service. When I tried to track my order online it said “no order found”. At 4:30 that day I called Ashley furniture who stated they were running behind (obviously) and would be there by 5:30. My husband and I understand how things get delayed but was shocked at the lack of communication from Ashley furniture. They arrived at 6:30 PM and the bed frame was broke. The delivery men this time were very nice and tired! You could tell they were working hard all day! They told us we would here from someone on Monday. Wednesday afternoon my husband went to Ashley furniture and spoke to a manager there who called corporate and we were told that the bed frame would be in, in February! We said we wanted our money back and to have them come and get the drawers and headboard. She was very helpful tried her best to accommodate us and called the warehouse manager who said they had one and could be delivered the following Saturday. The following Saturday comes and I get a phone call at 4 pm saying they are running behind and will be there within the hour. They arrived at 8:30 at night with the bed frame and put the bed together, only to tell us there is a missing piece and we will receive an email or phone call regarding delivery on Monday. Oh and the bed is scratched! No phone call, no email! I called today and they miraculously can’t find my account! My husband is on his way again to Ashley furniture so we can hopefully be finished with this awful company! We have now spent 15 hours waiting for delivery, two trips to the store, and countless time on the phone with their customer support which is absolute joke! Read moreBought about 13k worth of furniture on July 6th from here. My move in date was August 20th which i clearly stated. I was told by both the sales person and the Manager Reggie my furnitureis available and ready to ship.Every other day they would call me to ask when i would like to schedule to have my furniture delivered. I told them each time my move in date yet they continued to so. I was not bothered by this but what got me is three days before my move in date l received a call again from them telling me that i would only receive 80% of my furniture because the other furniture was delayed. All the times they called I asked if the furniture was available and was promised everything would be delivered! No one stated there were any problems with delays. On top of this issue, each time i went in, i had to wait 2+ hours because their system was either down or was slow at the time. That wasn't it; I had to go back to get additional furniture 2 days before my move in date. I was specifically clear once again that i needed the furniture to be delivered on Saturday (i went in on Tuesday). Reggie the Manager once again told me not to worry that my nightstands and 2 mattresses i ordered would be delivered Saturday morning? Guess what happened? Their system was down again and promises were broken. I had to go get the mattresses myself at their warehouse that Saturday and my nightstands i was told were ready to ship were backordered until September 18th. Here we are in September and finally received them September 16th yay! 2 days earlier. Horrible way to do business and Reggie dissappeared and didnt even bother to call back after this mishap. All i got was "shipping and delivery is out of my control ". Never going back to this place. The furniture is awesome and good quality but the sales and Managers running the Bensalem store need additional training on how to deal with customer issues. Read moreI am giving 1 star to Greg. He is so helpful. I was at this store on 8/31, and Alissa assisted me.They told me in 2 weeks you have the delivery. After two weeks I called the store the lady who picked up the call said she was the store manager talking to me rudely and said it would take 2 more weeks I was like okay after 2 weeks I called back again they were like oh we still don’t have your sofa. On 10/01 I went to the store, and the guy Greg said we had everything in a warehouse since last week. I asked for delivery on 10/05 he said he needs to call the warehouse so I gave them one more day. Nobody gets back to me the next day. I again went to the store to cancel the whole order and ask for a refund since they had already sent me my love seat and chair from the floor.They said they needed to pick up that and then they would process the refund. I got a call this morning from the manager again, who was rude and said they couldn’t refund me because the products I had at my house were from the floor.
