⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "As a longtime patron of this Indian restaurant, I'm continually amazed by the outstanding experiences it offers. For years, it has remained my go-to spot for incredible food, warm ambiance, and unwavering trust. Let's talk about the food first. It's nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're craving the familiar comfort of classic Indian dishes or the bold flavors of South Indian cuisine, this place delivers with every bite. The authenticity of their South Indian dishes is particularly noteworthy, transporting your taste buds to the heart of India. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is its delightful surprise – the cakes. Moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweet, they're an irresistible addition to an already fantastic menu. When time is of the essence, their fast food options are a lifesaver. Quick, convenient, and still incredibly tasty, they cater to busy schedules without compromising on quality. Yet, what truly cements this place in my heart is its consistent excellence and warm service. The staff here goes out of their way to make every visit memorable, ensuring you feel like a cherished guest. In a sea of dining options, this restaurant stands out as a beacon of culinary excellence and genuine hospitality. Whether it's a special occasion or a casual meal, I wholeheartedly recommend this gem. Thank you for years of delightful dining experiences, and here's to many more to come!" Even the staff is super helpful and the Lady and the Guy at the counter are always knowledgeable and gives good recommendations! Bon appétit!

I Wish there was zero stars on the review then I would have given them a zero star restaurant. My review is based on the following. We went there to eat a late dinner and a business meeting and the person on the register first told us that they were closing and then he just wanted to make money and not customers so he let us sit and decided to serve us the highly terrible food of the world. We Kebabs Chicken Karahi Naans Chicken Makhani As you can see in the pictures below in my review the served us frozen kebabs which were really tasteless. Then they have absolutely no idea that how does a Chicken karahi looks like, they served us chicken with curry which was absolutely funny because no one ever puts green bell pepper in chicken Karahi and serve in a bowl not THE Actual KARAHI, the should learn what is WORD karahi means you can see in my picture below. Then Chicken Makhani was literally some cold butter in tomato past chicken. I wish I was a food inspector, I would shut their restaurant right away. Please don’t go to this restaurant to if you don’t want to waste your money and don’t wanna eat bad food. Hope they read this review and fire their kitchen staff because they shouldn’t be running this business.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. So here is our story - we were in the area and those pretty pictures of Indian food in front of this restaurant got my attention. We went in at 11:57am on on July 31 2022 and realized that the "baldish" guy at the reception had very rude attitude. Soon my wife touched their menu at the counter he abruptly said you cant take it to the seat and must order here. There was only one family in the restaurant and he acted as if they dont have time to take our order for "dine in" option. He barely made any eye contact and kept doing this and that at the counter. He didn't care about customer service at all and said "OK" with attitude when we said we are leaving. And then he seemed perfectly fine when we left without eating. I rarely give one star but this dude earned it, thumbs down!! We ended up going to Spice Rack less than 0.25 miles away and had one of the best experience at Spice Rack Indian food restaurant.

Edit 2: Went for dosas to the restaurant. They were delicious! I also confirmed with the owner that the absence of eggs in biryani is due to the recent supply issues of eggs. Hopefully, they will make a comeback in biryani soon! Edit: Came here to update the review since I have had the chance to have eaten a few more things from this place, since my last review.

  1. The Chicken Vindaloo wasn't up to mark. It was more a north Indian curry than a Vindaloo spice palate. Also, it had potato in the Vindaloo! Don't get me wrong, I love my "aloo" as much as the next Bengali, but Vindaloo doesn't use potato. This is not my first rodeo with Vindaloo I have eaten it back in India as well as in the US pretty often and I cook a decent Vindaloo myself. Till now, authenticity wise, Vindaloo was the only dish that didn't live up to the expectations.
  2. Finally tried the Chicken Biryani today. It was an order through UE. The taste was really nice and the biryani was light and moist, just the way I like it! Ample rice and chicken, more than enough for two people to share. I would say although not exactly Kolkata style, it was very close to it. Liked it very much. However, it has been described and advertised in both Doordash and Uber eats as a dish that comes with a boiled egg (just like how we get in Kolkata Biryani), but there wasn't any, in my order today. I am not sure if it is a mis-repeesentation or just a miss for this particular order, but as someone, who looks forward to eating egg with biryani, it was a bit disappointing.

I have moved to Levittown recently and obviously looked up all the Indian places nearby. Found this place that not only has the Indian staples but also Indo-Chinese. I definitely had to try that. Till now, I have ordered take-outs and also deliveries through Door dash and UE. I have been ordering a variety of veg and non-veg items from this restaurant in the last 1 month and they are good. The portion size is usual, but the taste really is good. My Indian taste buds are happy! Till now, I have ordered and tried the following items and none of these are a letdown: Dal Tadka 2. Mattar Paneer 3. Aloo-gobi (one of the best aloo-gobis out there) 4. Goat Curry 5. Egg hakka noodles (thanks for reminding me of the taste of Kolkata Street food!) 6. Egg-Chicken hakka noodles 7. Chicken soup (this could have been better, it was less soup more Chilli Chicken gravy) 8. Jalebis (I probably won't order this again because I have a very sensitive nose when it comes to fried sweets and I could smell the oil). I still have the following items that I picked up this afternoon, which I will eat over the next couple of days: Dal Makhni 2. Malai Kofta 3. Chicken Vindaloo 4. Egg curry Very satisfied. I will make time and go for their sit-in arrangement too one of these days, especially to try the dosas and the Chicken Biryani (I hope their biryani is similar to Kolkata Biryani or at least Lucknow Biryani - so damn tired of eating all Hyderabadi Biryani...

Today I ordered pav bhaji over the phone from this Indian hut restaurant and Then that Indian woman told me you can pick up your order of pav bhaji in 20 minutes. and Then I reached Indian Hut restaurant in 20 minutes to take my order of Pav Bhaji and Then that Indian woman tells me that it will take another 30 minutes and Still, I didn’t say anything And I started waiting for the pav bhaji order Then later my pav bhaji was ready and came on the table counter and Still that Indian woman did not give me my pav bhaji And that Indian woman was talking to someone on the phone And the manager of the Indian Hut restaurant went into the kitchen and It was already more than 15 minutes and my pav bhaji tablet was still on the counter And that Indian woman was still on the phone And Then later I asked that Indian woman to give me my pav bhaji But those Indian women deliberately did not listen to me And those Indian women ignored me Then later the manager of the Indian Hut restaurant came out of the kitchen And the manager of that Indian hut restaurant started getting angry at me without any reason Then I also got very angry at the manager of that Indian hut restaurant but I controlled my anger And I told that Indian Hut restaurant that my Pav Bhaji was lying on the table counter for a long time. That pav bhaji got cold later because it is winter time Then the manager of that Indian Hut restaurant told me not to come to Indian Hut restaurant next time to get food. So This Indian hut restaurant manager doesn't care about how he talks to the customers And I am also a successful businessman I know how to talk to customers And till date, no customer has complained about my business. Then I became a successful businessman so The manager of Indian Hut restaurant has no right to tell me not to order food here next time Because it's not my fault The mistake is of the Indian woman who works in an Indian hut restaurant and it is her and the manager's. And otherwise If I want, I can report the complaint against that Indian Hut restaurant manager to Food Safety Pennsylvania Department of Health I since childhood I cannot tolerate or see anything wrong happening anywhere. I request all of you not to go to this Bensalem Indian Hut restaurant to eat food Then the owner and manager of this Indian hut restaurant will realize the value of customers. From today onwards I will not order food at this Indian hut restaurant Where such...

If you want rude customer service, Indian Hut is the place to go! I called to place a pick up order of 3 items from the menu. After I placed my order I asked the man taking my order to read it back to me and his response was “why are you giving me a hard time? Your order is placed” he refused to read back my order. My husband and I went to the restaurant to pick up our order and were hoping to have a small chat with the man who took our order, thinking maybe he’s just having a rough day and just had a moment. When we approached him and tried to explain that I just wanted to be sure our order was correct he cut us off and said “yeah you’re giving me a hard time. I took your order, it’s only 2 things so why do I have to read it back to you?” I responded “because that’s incorrect, I ordered 3 not 2 items off the menu. This is why you read orders back” He literally huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes and said “well I’m impatient and don’t want to read orders back”. He tried to argue that he’s too busy to stay on the phone that long when the fact of the matter was that he had less than 5 customers in the restaurant and you could hear the crickets over the music playing. It was dead in there! He wasted so much time arguing why he didn’t want to read the order back. He refused to acknowledge his mistake and rude behavior and told us we don’t have to eat here. We ended up walking out without our food. I don’t know how he’s running a busy with such a negative and unwelcoming attitude. His response was so inappropriate and rather than try to turn the situation around by a simple apology, he made it worse and basically told us “we’ll I’m impatient and you just have to deal with it”. To say the least, Indian Hut, you lost a customer of many years. I’m very...
