Bawari — Local services in Bensalem Township

I had a very bad experience with the staff at Bawri. Last week I left my Ray Ban power glasses at their place and I realized it when I came back home, so I called them up and told them I left my glasses so one of the staff members who picked up the call that yea we found them and we vll keep them for u safe u can come up anytime and take those. But after 2-3 days wn I went there to pick up my Ray Ban glasses they tried to find them in their parlor but they couldn’t find them.. and finally they said that it’s not our responsibility to keep ur left thing safely and denied of taking the responsibility and nobody from their staff was accepting that they picked up the call... My glasses were worth $430... They really lost a customer forever with their irresponsible and rude behavior with me......

My first experience there was horrific. I unfortunately went on the coldest day of the year for a waxing. Either they did not have the heat on or it was kept on super low but the wax would harden/cool as soon as they got it on me. They could not get it off and it took about 3-4 people including the owner to peel the wax off of me. I was red and had rashes for days. Worst experience ever! Even though they were really apologetic they still charged me full price. I didn't fret as I'm a pretty chill person and I was trying to be a civilized as possible as I did realize it was a cold day.

Rude, very rude to me and my kid. Only one lady in the shop is very serious and rude, rest all are good. Unluckily we got her and from the beginning I observed she was not interested in kids hair cut and she was cutting my kid hair as if I forced her to do it. She could have always said no if she don't want to do kids hair cut. Kept on pushing my kid head and hand rudely and did not answer any of my questions. I have been going there for couple of years but my last experience left extremely unhappy with that lady and shop. I agree with similar kind of review...
