This used to be my favorite restaurant in Bensalem, where I often enjoyed dine-in and takeout without any issues. However, I've recently encountered a concerning change regarding the sauce portions. As someone with restaurant experience, I know that customer satisfaction is crucial, and cutting back on sauce is simply unacceptable.
During my last 3-4 takeout orders, the cashier repeatedly denied me more than two mini containers of sauce, despite my spending nearly $60 on food. It is unreasonable to expect customers to enjoy their meals with such a limited amount of sauce. Previously, I received an appropriate amount of sauce, often even extra when requested. Now, however, the staff claims the owner has instructed them not to provide extra sauce.
If I'm ordering 5-6 items, I shouldn't have to struggle with just a mini two of containers. We regularly spend $60 to $100 on our meals, and this change in service is not only disappointing but is driving away loyal customers like myself. Good food deserves the appropriate condiments, and it's time to address this issue. Thank you.
Good for you!!!!! Rather than owing up to your mistake or being kind you are just trying to be racist. Who don't know every person who walks in by name so...
Read moreA few months ago my fiance and I were coming out of the bubble tea place next door when a drunk man in the parking lot was very adamant that we HAD to try In & Out, and that he goes there all the time and it's his favorite restaurant, etc. We had already gotten food so we didn't go that night, but we've been thinking about it ever since and we finally got around to trying it. WOW. He was right. Their food really is amazing! The falafel appetizer was perfectly textured and delicious. My fiance and I both ordered the lamb gyro for our entrees, his with hot sauce and mine with white sauce, and we both loved it. Again, perfect texture and very flavorful! And we also got a pound of baklava, which I loved but my fiance was not super crazy about. But I have always enjoyed baklava and he has never had it before, so maybe it's just not for him? Either way, the customer service was amazing (everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful,) and the food was really just perfect: very wholesome, filling, and delicious. We will definitely be...

The combination of the lamb/chicken, rice, fresh salad, white sauce and hot sauce hits all the perfect boxes. The salad is so fresh I can tell, the lettuce has no dark spots like if you let lettuce sit in room temp for a while. The hot sauce is not regular, not like your ordinary one. I'm sure they put their house mixed herbs, it's delicious but fiery hot. The meats are seasoned! Usually lamb over rice would use sliced gyro meat as is. But their meats are marinated. The portion is huge for me. Definitely 2 meals for $8.99. Excellent pricing. We'll be visiting the area quite often now and we're so happy to have found our new fav spot in Bensalem. Satisfying hunger relief after driving from MD. We loved it so much that we went there 2...
