We stayed 14 nights from Sept 24 to October 8, 2024 with our RPI discount ($25 per night plus tax and credit card fee). This places has level sites, full hookups with 50 and 30 amp, a nice laundry room, but we didn't use WiFi, so not sure how well that worked. We’re able to have family park next to us for the weekend, which was nice. This park is pretty quiet at night compared to others we've been to. Most people were very polite and turned off the music and loud talking by 10 or 11pm. There's a TV monitor in the office that tells you how full the park is when you get there. It was 40% or less when we got there, in all areas. The staff is motivated, friendly, and helpful....such a wonderful change from so many other RV parks we've been to. There's a community fire pit with firewood stocked. We used that last year with our big family. At one point, during this stay, an older gentleman ran over a water main. The staff handled it quickly without incident other than turning off the water for a short time. We never saw them get frustrated with him, even though they probably had the right to. Roads are paved and walking paths are very nice. Grandkids enjoyed indoor pool, and minigolf. For other activities outside this RV park, we greatly enjoyed the Sight and Sound Theatre's show "Queen Esther." We also really enjoyed Dolly Parton's Stampede. We've also been to the Titanic Museum on earlier visits and highly recommend it. Dolly Parton's Stampede is very similar to Medieval Times, except for western themes. Walmart super center was the a nice choice for groceries, or Price Chopper, which was overall more expensive. Super Chick had good food, portions were big, and it wasn't cheap...
Read moreAt first , this RV park seems to be almost unique. My first review had 5 stars and a clean slate , but soon enough, I realized the old "selectively enforced rules" I've seen with "board member" driven businesses. Branson itself caters to entitlement. The entire area seems as if it was built and designed by the minute. No actual planning , just a scramble to turn a tourist attraction into a money pit. This RV park is flat out NOISY ! The noise is actually encouraged by board members. Helicopter traffic awakening "members" of privacy daily. "Pet friendly" appearance is wrought with rules drawn up to address a few perpetrators. Reluctance to clean concrete pads has been blamed on dogs.... Not other possible causes such as , Hydraulic LEAKS , OIL LEAKS , ANTIFREEZE LEAKS , SEPTIC SPILLS , GREY WATER LEAKS , DEER , RACCOON, WILDLIFE FECES , TREE SAP and/or the thousands of concrete contaminants that permanently stain unsealed concrete. Rules are a good thing if carefully applied fairly to all. My tenure here nears its end. I was constantly busy with guessing what rule I'd unintentionally violated next. Never ate at the restaurant onsite, never enjoyed the pool, golf , trails or "ponds". Enjoy your stay. Expect to be treated differently unless you live , work or invest here. A "knee jerk" RV park that caters specifically to...
Read moreWe’ve been title holders for 2.5 years and have only been able to come twice, because we now live far away. If you’re old and on the brink of death, this place is great! If you’re a communist, even better! Their 1000s of rules and laws are absolutely ridiculous. If you breathe wrong, you’re fined. We’ve spent over $400 in fees and the 2 times we’ve come, it’s been absolutely lacking in inspiration. They even tried to charge us an extra nearly $300 for upkeep fees… the people running this place need to end their rule and hand it down to families with actual children and not dogs. My little one wanted to swim. Before we made the 2+ hour trip, we called and they said the indoor pool was open. We make the drive, and 3 hours after arriving (5 hours later), it’s still closed. This place is insane. A glorified nursing home. Would give 0 stars if that...
