We arrived at 2:40 in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve. Some of us ordered off the lunch menu and others off the regular dinner menu. When we first arrived, we were given the biscuits unfortunately, the food was all delivered at different times. About 30 minutes in, the two of us who ordered the lunch bottomless soup and salad lunch special got our soup first… no salad. Also, for an entire 45 minutes, the kitchen was out of biscuits!! So we never got any more biscuits until after we’d all eaten our entrées. After one hour, those who ordered off the dinner menu had not been given their food. Finally, when their entrées came, the Cajun chicken linguine came out and obviously had been under warmer for a long time. It was barely warm, —you know how pasta looks after it’s been sitting out. The other in our party ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes. The chicken was not bad, but the potatoes had absolutely no seasoning to them, and also felt like they have been sitting under a warmer. My grandson ordered milk, and it tasted as if it was starting to turn. The good news is that he enjoyed his kids flounder and orange slices meal. As I’m writing this, we have been here for an hour and a half and still no biscuits. So… So much for the biscuits that are supposed to be baked every 20 or 25 minutes. And so much for that for the unlimited biscuits with the bottom list lunch special! Well, we just mentioned that to our waitress, and she said she gave us a to-go box of biscuits to make up for the lack of them during the meal. Very nice of her.
We heard others complaining as well.
I belong to their rewards program, and I am rooting for Red Lobster to remain open. I’m hoping that the new CEO can get these stores in shape. This local one in Branson, which is a big tourist area, is not giving a good impression of the brand. I think that they don’t have enough wait staff, and our server told us they don’t have enough kitchen help either. It did not appear that there is a manager on site, or if there is, they keep...
Read moreWe made reservations for a table of 6 at 3 pm at the Branson, Mo location for Thanksgiving. We waited at the door about 15 before being seated. The restaurant was not busy as lots of empty tables. We finally ordered and didn't get our tea or salads for about 45 minutes. We didn't have any silverware and asked 2 times for some. The waiter told us they had to wash some for us.
We finally get our meals, 4 of 6 endless shrimp and had maybe 3-5 of each, so asked for 2nds. It took so long we finally at 5 asked for our bills.
My daughter had mistakes on her bill, like the add $5 for drinks and salad. They were charged individually.
She asked for the manager, Sarah came over and they straightened it out.
My daughter had a digital mastercard gift card and Sarah refused to run it and demanded another form of payment. Sarah said the gift card was fraudulate and NEVER tried to run it. She was told it was not and it had $175 balance on it. My daughter paid cash at this point.
My daughter told her the service we experienced was pathetic. Sarah also admitted they were pathetic as well.
As we were leaving I heard her saying my name while on the phone. I stopped and listened and then asked why she saying my name? She said she was telling a former manager about our table. She then asked if our tab was paid. I told her we paid when she demanded money after declining to run a gift card. She asked if we are done, Goodbye.
Sarah the manager of Branson, Mo has no customer service skills and is downright rude. I am surprised she has any staff if she treats them like she does the customers.
Would not recommend unless you want a 2 hr. wait and RUDE service!
RL needs to review all the negative reviews of Sarah on Yelp, TripAdvisor. We wished we would have looked before going there.
She made a family day an unpleasant and embarrassing one.

Read moreI had the worst ever experience at the Branson Missouri location this evening. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 PM. We ordered for a party of six to create your own ultimate feast, two shrimp dinners, and one kids dinner, we all ordered clam chowder as appetizers before the meal that were our sides for our dishes expecting as usual and up charge for that. At 6:45 the waitress came out to Taylor Swift I’m sorry that the soup is not ready because they still have to cook it and it will take eight more minutes before the soup would come out at which point I told her please do not bring my food before you bring my appetizer soup. we waited another 14 minutes before they brought out soup that wasn’t even hot. We had ordered one bowl and 2 cups of chowder we received 2 cups of cold chowder no bowl up clam chowder, after a 45 minutes wait. Then 5 minutes after bringing out the chowder they brought out our plates and every plate was cold, not hot, not warm but cold. When we were waiting for the soup to come out, I asked to speak to the manager. She came out and told me that the soup was in the microwave now and it would be out in a minute. An offer to remove the soup from my bill, which was an up charge from as being one of our sides from our meals. That did not appease me, considering I had already waited over an hour and hadn’t even had an appetizer brought to me. When our food came out cold, we got up and left the restaurant without eating anything other than the rolls the whole time we were there. So from entering your establishment at 5:30 PM and leaving your establishment at 7:30 PM we still have had no food nor did the manager seem to be concerned about it. I’ve been a loyal customer to your establishment, faithful customer to your establishment for over 30 years and I’ve never had such bad service as I had today. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with...
